first of all, I have kids, I am a man. I have a hard time believing anyone or anything in this case. While I do believe these visits shoud be supervised, the mother and grandmother are just as guilty. IF I THOUGHT MY CHILD WAS MOLESTED I DO NOT LET MY CHILD GO TO THAT HOME UNSUPERVISED. I SIT IN JAIL. WHAT IS REALLY WORSE? YOU IN JAIL OR YOUR THREE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER MOLESTED AGAIN AND AGAIN? Why? This baffles me. ...And 15 days in jail is just the most harsh penalty they could have given her. That is not for sure what would have happened if she didn't let the child go to the dads house. That is just the maximum, thats what the courts always do. I am not sure why they even bring these lie detector tests to try and prove anything. I do not believe they are 92% accurate. I think 75%. Results are not submissive in court for a reason. It is not an accurate test. In the end I still do believe that Jeremy did this. Dating a 14 year old? His stupid smerks, just the way he talks about it, the lack of emotion. This guy has to be guilty. Hopefully this does go to trial, at least let a jury decide if he is guilty and hang him.

It is a very sad day when a child is "apparently" used as a pawn between the break up of parents.    Who is to truely know if this child has been molested or not?  There is no hard evidence to support the mothers claim except what seems to be coaching. The Grandmother, I truely believe, only wants her grandchild to be safe.  Although her methods are not what I would consider to be what is in the best interest of the child.  Plus, if I were to truely believe that my child were at risk of being molested by my child's father she would NEVER EVER go back and I don't care how many day's I would be spending in jail or what I would have to do to keep my child away from the offender.

The father is another story  he needs help.  He has no understanding of the complexity of the messed up situation that he is involved in.  He must be of a simple mind because anyone who would truely care about their child and anyone who would be accused of this horrible crime would want to clear their name and get to the bottom of this.

My question is...if its not the father who is doing this and this child is making these accusation's, who else might be doing this to her? or Better yet what disturbed person would want to be putting these disturbed images and thoughs in this small child's mind?

TO the person that made a comment about Christa and whatever sickness you thought she may have: Why is that something has to be wrong with the mother...for trying to protect her child that is 4 yrs old mind you!

A mothers gut feeling is usually right. I mean torn libias, redness, swelling, the childs words mean nothing to anyone involved in this case except her mother. Who is to protect this child if the mother doesn't?????? I say DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING you can Christa to protect your child from this sick, perverted, insane, lying father. His demeaner tells it all. If he was innocent and had nothing to hide then he would cooperate with anything and everything he is asked to do! This guy is sick and needs to be kept as far away from little Kaylee as possible. Christa I hope you read this...KEEP YOU HEAD UP AND DON'T YOU EVER GIVE UP! The truth will come out and you know what the truth is!

You say there was only one example of proof of abuse. How much is enough to constitue abuse to you? Does she have to be torn in two, does she have to have an STD, does she have to wait until some day when her dad gets her pregnant? Then does it constitute abuse?

NO NO NO!!  You are sugar coating it for your own comfort!  This guy failed his tests and didn't cooperate with other tests.  He seems very GUILTY to me.  I don't care if you don't believe the mother, BELIEVE THE CHILD!! But really... are you related to this guy or something?  How could you believe anything he said.  I hope you TIVO this show, so you can go back and watch it again!

are you kidding me??? Anyone who is normal can tell he is lying. Everytime he is asked a question he tries to divert the attention off of him by asking another "off topic" question.

Also, if he was innocent he would agree to supervised visits.

 

I will also say that I do not think the the mother or grandmother are "overreacting". How in God's name can you overreact to your daughter being molested. If it was me I would be shouting it from the roof tops to get this creep away from my child.

 

Mark my words.....Jeremy will end up on Michigans child molester page.....let's just hope that they catch him in time before he does even more damage to Kaylee.

 

It's very frustrating that little is being done to help this poor baby.

 

 

I don't think mom or daughter are intent on ruining his life at all. They are trying to protect a little girl. If he was any kind of concerned father he would go along with the supervision. I realize that's inconvenient for him, but it's better than not seeing her, isn't it? He can also submitt to a sexual phsycological evaluation with a Dr. experienced in this field.

If this child was mine I would do the same thing as this mom and grandmother are doing. Call it to the attention of the public if the courts don't react properly and I hate to tell you, but they are not acting properly in this case.

I have never thought about signing up and registering to the website until today.  I have had a chance to see the 3 shows in reference to Jeremy and his daughter.  I am sick to my stomach to see the our government agencies are not proctecting this little girl.  There is NO REASON why the court system or protective services could at least at a minimum demand supervised visits.  Dr. Phil, since you have aired 3 shows in reference to the allegations, I truly hope you and your staff make sure that this little girl is safe.  I am not saying that allegations or true or false, but I believe that there is enough evidence that anyone close to this case MUST make sure that this little girl is safe.
