Dr. Phil follows up with Krista and Bonii's quest for the truth, to find out if 3-year-old Kaylee is being molested by her father, Jeremy. Jeremy maintains his innocence even after a polygraph test showed him to be lying. He took another lie detector test at his hometown police department, and brought the results for Dr. Phil to review. What does an independent polygrapher say about this second test? Then, Jeremy asked to undergo hypnosis as another means of getting closer to the truth. Were there any new revelations? And, Jeremy had agreed to supervised visits with Kaylee, but when he got home, he changed his mind, so Krista denied him visitation. They end up facing off in front of a judge. Did Krista serve jail time or let Jeremy see Kaylee? Is Jeremy being falsely accused, or is this little girl still in harm's way? Talk about the show here.

Find out what happened on the show.

11/28 Jeremy Returns

Quote From: sandi730

Jermey is lying.  If you have nothing to hide you do not have to think about your answers.  I would rather be wrong about accusing someone than do nothing and risk further harm to the child.  Hey he's an adult if he's not guilty, GET OVER IT!!!!  Kaylee is the child she will have the scars far longer and deeper than Jermey.  He fidgets too much, thinks about his answers for too long, he has shifty eyes, and his only concern is himself.  I don't care how many lie detectors he takes he acts guilty and that speaks louder than anything else.
Yes...but what if someone else is harming her and not her father. (Your opinion on him is just that. There is no evidence that he has done anything to his daughter.) How is she being helped by not only not having the real person who is abusing her dealt with, she is also having her father taken away from her.

"I don't care how many lie detectors he takes he acts guilty and that speaks louder than anything else."

I hope you never get on any jury.

evidence?

Quote From: purplepenny

Well consider me more screwed up than Jeremy because I firmly believe that there should be evidence before someone is labeled a child molester. FOR THE GOOD OF THE CHILD. It does the child NO GOOD if the wrong person is locked up.

Someone is hurting her, and we need to find out for SURE who is.
I'm sorry you need evidence how's torn labia (which you don't get from playing in the sand box) a tape of the child crying like she's being tortured and a failed lie detecter test if that's not enough evidence i don't know what else this poor child has to do to get help, this guy should be locked away when he walked out of the building the first time

why is Jeremy returning

when I seen a preview for the show I at first thought it was a follow up of him sitting in jail and Kaylee getting the help she needs but now I am furious that he is back on the show not even in handcuffs I will watch the show and pray the police are sitting beside him,  he is a disgusting poor excuse for a human and he does not need to be on this earth (I can write what he diserves but it would not be published on this website and might be ilegle) why is Dr.Phil treating him any different ?

Victims' Rights

In the US, the accused has more rights than the victim.  To the courts, it doesn't matter if we harm a child by sending her/him back to the molester over and over again, just as long as we don't ruin an adult's reputation by making accusations that might be false.  It's the reputation that matters most, not the child.  Sad, but true.

I noticed the picture of Jeremy at the top of the page here, and he looks quite smug.  Who knows, maybe it's not him but one of the assorted boyfriends of his wife who's doing the molesting and he's shooting his ex an "I told you so" look.

Either way, I hope the court has enough sense to keep Kaylee safe.  I doubt it, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Some discrepancies in Jeremy's responces!

I feel that there are some discrepancies in Jeremy's responces to questions that Dr. Phil asked him. If you remember when he asked him about putting the cake in Kaylee's mouth it took him way to long to respond to that question. I feel like any body that would do something like that to a child really has a serious problem! That is really warped in my opinion! He acts way guilty, the way he squirms around and can't sit still that is a sign that he's lying! I may be wrong about him but honestly I don't feel like I am. I just hope and pray someone gets to the bottom of this for that innocent little girls sake. She has suffered way too much already. She will be in my prayers!

Sincerely,

Dianne

Those things are evidence of SOMETHING. But of what we do not know.

Because, there is no evidence that HE did anything. We do not lock people up with out EVIDENCE.

I injured myself when I was 4 on the school jungle gym. Torn labia. Painfull but not scarred for the rest of my life. I do recall I explained it as " I hurt in my pee pee"
I 'd keep an eye on the dad and start looking closer at the mother.

I sometimes wonder if some parents make genital areas so sacred and so scary to even think about that they forget to teach their kids (because they forgot themselves) that it is just skin and is just as prone to injury as any other part of the body.
