Dr. Phil follows up with Krista and Bonii's quest for the truth, to find out if 3-year-old Kaylee is being molested by her father, Jeremy. Jeremy maintains his innocence even after a polygraph test showed him to be lying. He took another lie detector test at his hometown police department, and brought the results for Dr. Phil to review. What does an independent polygrapher say about this second test? Then, Jeremy asked to undergo hypnosis as another means of getting closer to the truth. Were there any new revelations? And, Jeremy had agreed to supervised visits with Kaylee, but when he got home, he changed his mind, so Krista denied him visitation. They end up facing off in front of a judge. Did Krista serve jail time or let Jeremy see Kaylee? Is Jeremy being falsely accused, or is this little girl still in harm's way? Talk about the show here.

Find out what happened on the show.

11/28 Jeremy Returns

They couldnt even get supervised visitations!  They have documented evidence of the child saying her father abused her, along with two seperate possible(and probable) instances of physical evidence of abuse, and it doesent even matter.

And!  There are still people on board complaining about  making rash judgements.  Are you kidding me???  Its a consistant(and sick)fact that the  victims are the ones with no rights.  That they they couldnt even get supervised visitations until all this got sorted screams that nasty truth.

Three cheers for the judicial system.  Once again, they failed another child.

Dr.Phil take Kaylee away from the parents!!!!

both parents  are causing  kaylee harm by fighting, she needs to be tested by a psychologist because something is not right, and we need  to investigate further with danielle and her secret boyfriend that she cheated on and of course investigate krista's other boyfriends who she had 3 children with.both these parents do not deserve kaylee, kaylee deserves a loving family.

Completely Agree with A Little More

Quote From: armywife2craig

This makes me sick to watch this show, i have followed every episode about this. Jeremy makes me sick, i think that he does like the limelight, and his responses and pauses before he responds questions him in my opinoin. When he tries to pawn off questions, and blame it on his biploar condition, or either if he says he might be a sleepwalker really to me means that he is trying to make up excuses. I feel sorry for this girl, it seems like she is stuck in the middle, and i think the total concentration should be on her and getting her the help that she needs.

I really hope that once Jeremy's wife has the baby that they would give her a lie detecter test also, since she wasnt able to take one before because of being pregnant. I think she might also add some light to this, when she doesnt seem to be taking up for this child as well. Im not sure if she really knows something, but i would be interested in seeing what her responses and how she would pass or fail this test.

I used to work for an agency that dealt with CPS, and i have to disagree about CPS always being in the best interest of the child. When i had to turn people in for my job for CPS to investigate, i have seen some cases go by their desk that sickened me, and they werent helpful in any way, and let this go on. I feel sorry for children all over the world that have to go through these sitatuions when it seems no one is caring for their needs.

I would like to see future updates about this show to see if they can finally find out the truth, and finally care about this child first and foremost. If Jeremy is guilty which it seems to me that he is, although this is the USA and we have to be innocent until proven guilty i would like to see him put behind bars and the keys locked away for the rest of his life. I just cant understand why he wont agree to supervised visitation until this dispute is resolved, and also why he cant agree to get help with a counselor with his daughter in the room, seems to me he is afraid of what will come out when they go into counseling.

I agree with you 100%.  I can't believe this is still going on.  It is so obvious Jeremy's lying and trying to find excuses.  I live with a liar like this.  I called my mom when I first saw this and said I feel like I'm watching my husband on TV.  She said the same thing! Mark just started going after my son Joey on Thanksgiving.  Not molesting, I don't think?? (I'll find out), but mind games.  How good does it feel to give your own son a complete breakdown??  He's sick.  Some crazy stuff is going on here and it's harder to get him removed from the house than I thought it would be.  Joey sees a counselor today and then its off to my attorney again.  I hate seeing children go through this.  Lisa

GUILTY and SO OBVIOUS!

I am so happy to see that the hypnotherapist was not deceived by this deceptive individual.  After seeing this current episode I feel I can go out on a limb and state that this individual is without a doubt guilty of being inappropriate with this child.  Let's just take the conversation Dr Phil had with him when he asked him about sticking his tongue in her mouth.  He wasn't sure how to answer this question.  An innocent person just answers honestly.  Also let's look at the fact that he is extremely defensive and angry.  If he was innocent he would be upset about the accusations, however, not in the same way.  When people are lying they act a certain way and they answer questions in a certain way.  Never mind the way the mother is acting, how would you act if you knew or believed your child was being abused.  I am a professional working in Michigan and the info. regarding CPS is not surprising to me.  I work with CPS in my county and they do need without a doubt hard evidence.  They are doing what they can do.  Their hands are tied to some degree.  How this guy is slipping through our system on this level (with this in the public eye), I am disgusted.  He now is refusing to go to counseling with his daughter.  What is he hiding?  His body language, and eyes and answers say it all.  Thanks for listening.  Sheri

to get the truth

Quote From: hazel_84

I think what changed my outlook was the way that the mother was when she dropped Kaylee off to see Jeremy.  She really seems to be egging it on.  She seems to be just saying the words, and not going through the motions.  She barely gets emotional, and if it were MY daughter that someone was abusing, I'd be a heck of a lot more emotional than she is!

IF Jeremy is responsible for it, then fine.  Let the evidence speak for itself.  But right now, there's not much.  The fact that the mother went to court with ONLY heresay evidence just shows me that she doesn't care as much as she says she does.  If she cared she would have done it right the first time, no matter how long it took.  It's not that hard to get people together for a trial, especially professionals.  I know, I do it for a living.

I think the mother is really egging her daughter on about this.  If there was abuse in the past, we'll never know now because Kaylee has been hypnotized by her mother into believing that everytime she sees her father she gets abused.

To find out if the father is touching his daughter or not, Dr. Phil should put a hidden camera on the little girl before some of her visits. That will be the only way to really know what is going on when she is at his house. If there is video evidence that the father is molesting his daughter then it will not matter if every judge intheir town hates the mother and grandmother. No one would be able to over-look that kind of eveidence.

Got to hate Michigan

Well living in michigan i know how the courts here work those with money get the best whilethe poor suffer. For years my own sister would miss treat her children and protective services , the courts not even the cops would do anything to help her children. I myself called over 50 times because of there miss treatment and nothing was done until she was caught dealing crack.

So i believe that Michigan won't hellp this child , they will let this go on until caylee or her family has enough and some one his so hurt they destroy one or the other .

It took the michigan courts , cps and cops almost 10 years to help my sisters children, and now those kids are so out of control no one can deal with them.

I wish the best luck to caylee and her family, may the courts move faster for her then they do for others.

Just a note

Quote From: antjudy

A decent father would be first & foremost concerned about his little girl - what impact all the turmoil and allegations and upset between the parents are having on her.  But Jeremy's so occupied with making a good defense for himself, it's as though the child is somewhere way off in the background.

Judy

I don't know if Jeremy is guilty or innocent. However, if he is innocent he should be doing whatever he can to defend himself. Even the mere accusation goes on record and brands the "suspected" for the rest of their life. A background check, by anyone for any reason, such as employment, will bring up the accusation of child sexual abuse and can ruin the rest of thier life. And no, even the proving of innocence will not be enough.

11/28 Jeremy Returns

Quote From: gemini6874

Krista is so adament that Jeremy has molested her daughter why in God's name would she not do everything in her power to keep that little girl safe!!!!! I am refering to the fact that this mother wouldn't do 15 days in jail to keep this precious child safe after she is CERTAIN he has molested her!!!!! I would spend years in jail if i felt that strongly about what was going on. My child is worth that plus so much more. I am not saying this guy is innocent but to me Krista is saying well i will keep her away from him cuz i am fearful of what might happen cuz its the worst thing that could happen to a child but then when it is inconvienient to protect her she says ok well it must not be that bad and its not worth the jail time????????  I would rather see a child lose both parents to jail or whatever then to EVER have to go through one more minute of abuse....

In Michigan, where I am also from, this Mother refusing

visitations would mean that the Father would be the

one to have this child for that 15 days AND use that

to try to get custody!!!!

She did what she had no choice but to do.

Child protective services are a JOKE

I have 2 children and am divorced from their father.  I have contacted social services regarding my concern for things that happen when they are with their dad.  I too was blown off.  I totally sympathize with this mother because the CDC does try to make it out to be a "ex-wife" trying to get back at her ex husband thing when in REALITY, all I want is to protect them and make sure they are safe while in his care.
My suggestion is to have someone else report the problem such as a school teacher, girl scout leader, or other respectable person that has interation with your child.  This way it does not come across as the mom tryig to get back at dad.

He tried so hard to cheat on the first one...

I wonder if the police officer giving the polygraph is aware of the tricks to pass one.

Note that he stopped taking medication a week before and had consumed

alcohol before the tests, the police conducting the test did not score on the

issues of deception on that test and they did not adhere to standard protocol

on questioning for sexual abuse beyond limited 'touching'?

Michigan has serious issues in a political field, I am not suprprised

to see something was done to protect other professionals and to

side with anyone against a family who has ticked them off.
