Dr. Phil follows up with Krista and Bonii's quest for the truth, to find out if 3-year-old Kaylee is being molested by her father, Jeremy. Jeremy maintains his innocence even after a polygraph test showed him to be lying. He took another lie detector test at his hometown police department, and brought the results for Dr. Phil to review. What does an independent polygrapher say about this second test? Then, Jeremy asked to undergo hypnosis as another means of getting closer to the truth. Were there any new revelations? And, Jeremy had agreed to supervised visits with Kaylee, but when he got home, he changed his mind, so Krista denied him visitation. They end up facing off in front of a judge. Did Krista serve jail time or let Jeremy see Kaylee? Is Jeremy being falsely accused, or is this little girl still in harm's way? Talk about the show here.

Find out what happened on the show.

seriously

I have watched the segments dealing with Kaylee and her parents and what I have seen is just disgusting. I have read that people think that she is only three and what she says cannot be validated. Think about it. What does Kaylee have to gain from saying these things? Her mother had every right to do what she has done and I think that it is so sad what CPS has done for the family. Yes, I know that they have to validate everything that comes acorss their path, but honestly, what more do they need? How did the abrasions happen? Why would she tell such stories? And, if you have been watching the show, how is Jeremy so calm? My husband (we have a 4 years old daughter) was outraged at how he was acting. This would have been the perfect time to throw a raging fit about how someone could accuse him of doing such an attrocious thing to his own daughter. but he was calm, collect and had an excuse for everything. If someone had accused either one of us about such a thing, we both would have been irrate until our names were cleared.

And about CPS (they are called CSB here). Do not put all of your hope and faith into these people. I have personally dealt with them with a few families ( I teach preschool) and I can say first hand that 9 times out of 10 the people they have working for agency are so overworked, that they begin to not really care. I had a family in my center aging between 2 and 5. CSB had been called over a years time for various reasons. The youngest had a broken arm. Over the long weekend, mom decided to cut th cast off because it "smelled funny". This was a Thursday. On Monday when she came back, we noticed she had no cast. Grandma said that they were going to have a new one put on soon. A 2 year old without a cast on a broken armfor almost 5 days? CSB did come for that one, but it was the last. There was the time that the brothers got into a fight and mom poured hot water between them leaving the oldest one with, what we thought, looked like at least second ifnot third degree burns. CSB was called and they never followed up. The children were without car seat for a minimum of six months, for the oyungest, and the older ones never got them. CSB and the police were called, and nothing was ever done. They came with bruises, cuts and stories that would make you want to cry. When these things were reported do you think that anything was done? Oh no. They told us that they had try to contact mom and that she had not responded back withiin 30 days, so they had to drop the case. You called and she didn't call back? Gee, I wonder why???? People need to quit putting so much trust in government agencies. Take a look at Washington and see where their priorities are set. We need to begin to trust our children and what they have to say. It is not very difficult to tell the truth from a lie in a four year old. I hope that Kaylee's mother keeps up her fight and does not get discouraged. Even though she does not have the help of the agencies that are in place to protect our children, she knows as a mother what is right with her child and what  is wrong and she needs to trust that.

11/28 Jeremy Returns

Quote From: cowgirlheidi

There was NO evidence or anything stated of a torn Hymen or trauma to her anus....  in fact the Gyno exam showed NO trauma or findings of penetration at all.....  re watch the show.
Yes no signs of penetration...but again that does not mean there is no abuse.... frankly it is very hard to even find the right professional to take a child to when this happens. Many of us take the child to theirs peds doctor...or to an er but if those professionals are not trained sex abuse evidence then you are waisting your time.  Everyone keeps saying "NO penetration, no penetration...All that means is that he did not have intercourse with her.... That does not mean that he could not have done many other things to her and i believe that penetration is usually the last thing to happen as the molester knows that this would be damming evidence

I agree with the last post. There is no physical evidence suggesting that any physical abuse is going on at all. I think the problem lies within the grandmother and mother. Obviously, there is a reason they are attacking Jeremy in this way. The courts do a very good job in situations such as this... especially in Michigan where I am from. The children come first and there has to be substantial proof that abuse is going on before a parent is denied parental rights to the child. If I were that child's mother, I would have had her in for an exam each time I claimed there was any tearing or redness to the vaginal area of my child.

I think the mother and grandmother are "coaching" the poor little girl to get their own personal thrill out of torturing the poor father... for whatever reasons they have. Bottom line is... there is no physical proof of any sexual abuse. If there were any sexual abuse going on, there would be proof that the counselor and CPS would have seen and done something about immediately.

How much evidence do they need????

The court says there is no physical evidence. What about the child's torn labia? Is that not evidence? Was she not with Jeremy at the time of that event? He makes me so sick with his smug expressions and idiotic remarks. I do not feel that Dr. Phil was being fair to the mother or grandmother. If it was me, I would move far away, where he could never touch her again. Child protective services is a joke. Get a grip, Dr. Phil, you do not know what it is like for an every day person to deal with them. I am in law enforcement, and every day kids are returned to the homes of their abusers. Why? Because there are too many kids that no one cares about, too many to place, too many overtaxing workers who have case loads that are impossible for one person to handle; I could go on and on. I am praying that some one will step up and keep that sick fool away from the little girl. He needs to be locked up like the animal that he is.

HE IS LYING!!!!

He is lying. He takes too long to answer the questions. When he tries to answer a question, he beats around the bush to much. "i got a question" he always says....he is trying to get the attention off him!!! He was 21 and she was 14!!!! He is sick!!!! He always says that he wants to be with his daughter...he says that over and over again...well..NEWSFLASH....YOU CAN BE WITH HER!!! NOBODY IS STOPPING YOU!!!!! He agreed to see her supervised when he was on the show...but then when he got home...he wouldn't cooperate!!! He said he wanted to take the first test..but when he got home he told Dr. Phil staff that he had to work and could 't take the test...turns out he volunteered to work!

He is lying!!! He is over dramatic!! His stupid speeches that he gives!! Every time I see him, I want to smack him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would take my kids and RUN!! I don't care what the law and judge says...I would not take my daughter to a man that I believed was molesting her!!!!!

interesting

Quote From: georgeyoung

This show becomes ridiculous now.

First Dr. Phil should find out who are they (they touched my pepe).

2nsly, little girl needs to be in the show -  to testify!!!

Think about this way: if I accuse Mr. B beat me and Mr. C said no, and Mr. B is not available to testify, how could the judge (Dr. Phil) find if I told the truth or Mr. C told the truth. Use PolyGram? Bullshit!!!

You must not have children because if you did, how in the hell could you justify putting your little girl or boy on the stage to tell everybody what happened. Talk about tramatic!!!!!

Jail time

Quote From: worriedgrandma

That's good for you but your case and Kaylee while similar are very different.

1.  Your ex lives in a different state, I believe Kaylee's parents live within the same county maybe same town

2.  You have physical proof daughter's letters  and previous police report of physical abuse

3 your daughter is 15 years old, Kaylee is 3

4.  you had CPS fighting for you once school got involved but you know even in your case, it went on for a long time.  Why did you send her back after he threw her into a wall?

5.  Please don't assume that Krista can do anything more than she is doing.

I would suggest that if one suspect abuse, they gather facts  and document and if the state allows them to move to move as far from the perpetrator as possible or with facts petition for an exparte order to protect the child.

If the child is of school age, have child speak to couselor or teacher, a report by them is taken more serious.  When a parent reports abuse, the other parent will claim it is a custody issue.  If you can get the child a cell phone and let them know that they should use it if ever in danger again.  If child is old enough, the child should be told call police asap as soon as safe to do so.

It's easy to say you would go to jail to keep your child safe but on today's so it was said that if the mother were to go to jail for 15 days then Kaylee would be given to her father for that time.  (She also has 2 other children.)  It's a catch 22 in a way, she goes with him for the weekend or he gets her for 15 days while Mom is in jail unable to do anything.  But I'd say the latter is worse.

No, just torn labia.

And failed lie detectors.

And a demeanor on Daddy which smacks of a pedophile.

And CPS being called by several professionals.

And tape of a panicking, hysterical child.

And evidence of the child being coached by the abuser.

And letters from doctors indicating sexual assault (it is assault, BTW. If it weren't his little girl he was doing, but someone else's, he'd be in jail right now - it's different if it's your own daughter, it seems.)

And a system which is infected with PAS.

And...
