Topic : 11/28 Jeremy Returns

The mother has no choice.  Either she allows the visits or she goes to jail.  There seems to be plenty  of evidence to support the allegation that Jeremy abused his daughter and yet nothing seems to done to protect the little girl.  This whole show has made me furious and frustrated.

 

I am disappointed that Dr. Phil hasn't gone to the heart of the matter, namely protected the child.  Instead, the show focuses on giving Jeremy a voice to claim his innocence and on attacking the mother who I believe is TRYING to protect her daughter.  Any mother would be emotional if they suspect that their child is being abused.  Any mother would do whatever it takes to protect that child INCLUDING going on national TV to do so.

 

And to presume that CPS is doing their job at all times and would take the time to investigate is shortsighted.  How many stories have to come forward about THEIR neglect before Dr. Phil will acknowledge that THEY could make an error in judgment.

 

It's frustrating to hear this story.  Here is a child with physical and emotional signs of sexual abuse on National TV and STILL nobody is listening to her.  Still nothing is being done.  Still the mother is being threatened with jail for DARING to suggest that the father (who failed a lie detector test inspite of efforts to fake the results) molested the child, and that poor little girl is being sent off to visit her father without supervision.

 

What is the message we viewers are supposed to take in, Dr. Phil?  All I want to hear is that this child is safe and NOT that she is still in danger.

Thanks for sharing that information as it seems that some people are still avoiding the obvious.  I'm truly sorry for what you went through. On the other hand, I was fortunate in that I was never molested.  Throught my childhood I never had a problem in my vaginal area.  I played in the sand box, on the swings, ran around with my siblings, rode my bike and NEVER had an injury.

 

A child with injury to his/her private parts REQUIRES an explanation.  It is NOT a natural part of growing up.  For the sake of ALL children, let's stop turning a blind eye to child molestors and/or making excuses for them.

    It is as plain as the nose on your face YES Jeremy is Molesting Kaylee and we have to do something. Dr. Phil in all the years I watched your show I can honestly say this was the first time I had ever seen you confused usaly your matter of fact and your able to get things done however in this case I truly fear for the child I was sure after the first show that poor Kaylee would not have to endure that monsters touch again but after watching today I feel she will. Please DR. Phil do something for her you have alot more pull then the rest of us.

If we divert our attention from Jeremy and focus on the facts and evidence surrounding the condition of this precious little girl, we may conclude that Jeremy did indeed molest his daughter, and he would not like that.

 

Seriously, it's just another part of Jeremy's sick game that he plays.  And you are absolutely right.  A "decent" father would go to any lengths to protect the child and to actively assist in finding out what happened.  A "decent" father would never abuse their own child.  A "decent" father wouldn't be focusing on his own defense.

 

And in the meantime, this sweet child is still in danger.  I'm hoping that somehow Dr. Phil can actively DO SOMETHING to protect this little girl.

 

I am from a small town in the US also. I have been a victim and I can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that these Children Service Agencies are for the most a joke and DO NOT do their job as they should be.

 

I had a teacher in Hillsboro, Ohio grab my child so hard for talking in the lunch line that she left a bruise on my 7 year old daughter.

 

I instantly when my child told me what happened and showed me the bruise called Children Services to file a complaint and the local police dept.

 

I was shocked to find that that Children Services refused to come to speak with my child, also to take pictures and document the bruise. Take a statement, or anything.  The 911 call I made to get an officer to my home to look at this was a no help call in my opinion. At no time did any office show up or respond to my 911 call about abuse of my child!!!

 

I run a business and for security reasons have a TAPE RECORDER ON MY PHONE AT ALL TIMES FOR BUSINESS CALLS.  I taped Children Services and the local police and have it on tape them teeling me since it was a school teacher they felt we could handle it another way, like going to the school board. 

 

The cheif of police actually threatened to arrest me and my hubby for going to the school to deal with this after we were told by them and Children services to go there and deal with it without their help.

 

I have all of this on tape recorded calls so NO ONE can call me a liar.

 

I believe this mother and grandmother when they say the police and Children Services has not helped and because maybe they dont like her are now even going out of their way NOT to help her.

 

I believe all this because it is happening to me and my children.

My child had a civil right to have charges brought againse the teacher that assulted her and yet no constitutional or civil rights were upheld and NO charges were filed.

 

I have names of numerous other parents even a cop who have seen or who have had their child grabbed or pushed at this school and no matter who goes to the police even a police officer himself (with a child in this same school) could get NO HELP!!!!!

 

The Children Services and Police are a complete joke, they have never at any time I have ever needed them helped me or enforced my legal rights.  I can prove it if anyone wants to hear the tapes or see the pictures.

 

Jeremy is Guilty and if it were my child we would hide her until this matter was resolved. We all know that the police and Children Services will wait until that child is fully raped and ruined for life to say well now lets get involved. And for a judge to ignore all the evidence that was placed in front of her well that clearly shows that this system dont work when you can file charges on anyone for anything accept against the people who do the real crimes. 

 

I even tried to in my local town turn in a Domino's driver who had child porn at Domino's in the store for all to see of underage minors girls in very sexual positions,  I calIed my boss and then went home that night called the local police and my boss again for a private call at Domino's (i was manager of that store)  and was told by the local police that I had to give my name and sign a complaint they dont take annonymous tips on child rapist. I was also told by the owner of Dominos that they were so hard up for drivers that we should mind our own business.  Well guess what two weeks after that call I made asking for help and after Domino's refused to allow me to fire him for the child porn in the store this same man was arrested for the rape of a 2 1/2 year old child.  The police had a tip, did nothing, and now a child is raped. I bet there so proud of themselves arent they!!!! I can prove this also, my call would have been taped by the police and was by me, then its public record where he was working when arrested and for what.  Yet again no help from Police!! Needless to say after his arrest I felt so bad for not trying to do more turning this guy in I quit my job.

 

Dr. Phil, I know there are good cops and Children Service workers out there but to claim they all do there job is a big gamble on your part to claim that when you have not been to each and every town in this nation and worked with each and every one of them. You might want to take that statement back.  There is alot of people going through this same thing with their so called court, police and Children services.  We are all not lying!!!!!!

Does Kaylee call her dad by his first name? I haven't seen the show yet.

It seems to me that none of the pieces here match up. It's almost as if there's been too much "he said", "she said" that  I don't believe anything anyone says including Kaylee. I also don't understand how a court date gets set in three days. In my state it takes months unless it's an emergency in which considerations are made at the time and the case is revisited at a later date.

 

As for Jeremy, he sure is a narcissistic and childish person who doesn't want to take responsibility for anything but does that make him a child molester? It seems to me like Kaylee is the one being used by her mother as a pawn for her own vindictiveness about Jeremy. It is sad that she vents it in this way because if there really is something going on and Jeremy IS everything she says he is, it's just lost among all her desperation and vindictiveness.

 

I also have a question about at what point is Kaylee's mom guilty of parental alienation? Does anyone consider that when they are putting these shows together?

 

 

I am so upset that a court ordered her to go be defiled again by that monster. I think someone needs to do something, since our justice system isnt going to. Im glad the mom and grandmother are being loud mouthed about it, I would be screaming it from roof tops if I felt like I was not being heard. I just think it is awful that Kaylee has been abused again, and at three has to ask Jesus to help her. I hope someone does.

 Jeremy makes me SICK! Every time he opens his mouth he sticks his foot in his mouth, (maybe he'll choke on it). I dont think he should be able to have that child at all. I was molested when I was 9 and will never forget it, just think how a three yr old will feel with all the years she faces? He needs to be put away!

 Lie detector tests are HIHGLY in accurate and can easily be fooled or the results can be flawed. I am somewhat annoyed at Dr.Phil flogging it like it is some super scientific no issue test. Thats just not the case. HOWEVER you can easily see in the body language and how Jeremy answers the questions that he is definately doing things he shouldnt be doing!!!

Seriously, it's just another part of Jeremy's sick game that he plays............................................................................................. WHERE do you get this????? Of course he is focussing on his defense.... DUH!!!!!..... he is being accused of a rather horrific crime.... and BY THE WAY... ANY DECENT FATHER being accused of molesting his child... WOULD FOCUS ON CLEARING THEIR NAME... and by the way.. it seems everything that is being done including the name of the show... and that it is a 4 part series.. is just part of "HIS SICK GAME"..... a bunch of you think ANYTHING Jeremy does is just "PART OF HIS SICK GAME..".... MY GOD people ...... what if he is innocent???? I have said it before... and I will say it again... EVEN if GOD came down and said that Jeremy was innocent... and was NOT molesting Kaylee... MOST of you would still swear up and down... that he is still GUILTY... that is just NOT RIGHT....
