EVERYONE IS BASHING ON JEREMY BUT YOU ALL NEED TO LOOK AT THE MOM SHE FELD HER POLYGRAGH ON THE QUESTION ARE U COUCHING UR DAUGHTER THINK ABOUT IT SHE JUST WANT TO DO THIS TO RUIN HIM I NO THIS FAMILY AND SHE IS MAD AT HIM SO THIS IS A WAY TO GET BACK AT HIM THE LENGTH PPL WILL GO TO GET BACK AT SOMEONE IS UNBEARABLE BEFORE U JUDGE THINK ABOUT ALL THE EVIDINCE EVEN AGAINST THE MOM AND GRANDMA.

I agree this child is going to pay for the rest of her life for what he is doing to her and NO ONE is listening to this little girl cry out for help! makes ME SICK!

This story has been such a doozy. First and foremost, lie detector test are very inaccurate. Not to say Jeremy is telling the truth or Krista is lying. I honestly think there is some decpetion on both of their parts. It is human to egg things on. Krista could have without knowingly coached her daughter. Who are we to say whats the truth and whats not. Krista's mother is not helping the situation at all. Jeremy seems a little on the slow side. I think that this is a situation that will never see an end and the truth will never be told.

 

We as the people can not judge this man. We are only getting parts of the story. I feel there is more to it than either party is telling. We will never have the truth. We can only pray that the truth comes out and that little girl is safe.

I'M RESPONDING TO THIS SHOW WITH JEREMY I HEARD YOU SAY ON HERE TO DAY ABOUT THIS MOTHER THINKING IT IS A CONSPIRACY WITH THE COURT, I WILL HAVE TO AGREE ( IN SOME CASES ) . I HAVE WROTE YOUR SHOW BEFORE ABOUT MY STORY IN THE TOWN WHERE I LIVE I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME.  I WAS RAPED AS A CHILD THE GUYS PARENTS TRIED TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER AWAY AND FORCED US TO GET MARRIED . MY KIDS NOW HAVE CO-PARENTING TIME WITH HIM WHICH IS I HAVE THEM A WEEK AND THEN THEY GO TO THEIR FATHERS FOR A WEEK AT A TIME . MY PRETEEN DAUGHTER HAS MADE ACCUSATIONS OF HER FATHER COMING IN AND TOUCHING HER IN THE SHOWER , SO I WENT TO CPS AND THEY INVESTIGATED AND CONCLUDED THAT THE CHILDREN SHOULD ONLY HAVE SUPERVISED VISITS WITH HIM . THE DAY WE WENT TO APPEAR IN COURT THE CHILDREN'S WORKER NEVER APPEARED IN COURT , SO THE JUDGE HAD HIM CALLED IN WHEN HE GOT THERE HE SAID HE HAD NEVER TALKED TO MY CHILDREN OR ME AND THAT THERE WAS NEVER ANY ACCUSATIONS MADE ABOUT THEIR FATHER . I WAS IN SHOCK HE HAD EVEN GAVE ME HIS CARD , CELLPHONE NUMBER , AND EVEN GAVE MY CHILDREN A STUFFED ANIMAL . THE JUDGE HAS NEVER GAVE ME OR MY ATTORNEY THE TIME OF DAY TO BRING IN ANY EVIDENCE . WE HAD RECORDINGS OF MY EX TELLING ME HE WAS GOING TO KILL ME AND STEAL MY SOUL , WE ALSO HAVE E-MAILS OF HIM SAYING I WAS GOING TO DIE AND THAT HE WOULD KILL ME. HE EVEN WENT AND TOLD THE PRINCIPAL OF MY CHILDREN SCHOOL TERRIBLE THINGS ABOUT ME . I THEN HAVE SEEN MY EXS ATTORNEY AND OUR JUDGE OUT AT A LOCAL BAR DRINKING TOGETHER . OUR JUDGE HAS USED THIS SAME ATTORNEY FOR DUI'S THAT HE RECEIVED . TO CLOSE UP I DO BELIEVE THAT IN SOME TOWNS THIS IS POSSIBLE , I'M NOT SAYING THAT IN EVERY TOWN , BUT IN SOME .

I have experience of the Court system and Dept of Children and Families.  The system is only as good as the lawyer you can afford.  Dept of Children and Families are under staffed and under paid.  I can relate to the Mother in this case . . . you are afraid to report any suspicions with the fear of losing custody yourself.  My case was reported by a third party, there were video tapes and the Police and DCS advised that if this behavior was seen in a public place then prosecution would follow.  As it was all done inside and viewed only by myself and my child, then nothing could be done legally.  The only time I have slept at night is during the short time that supervised visitation was ordered by DCS during their 2 week investigation.  The only advice and defence the Police & DCS could offer me was to tell me to talk frequently to my child about good touching, bad touching etc. To this day, the other party denies what is seen on the video tapes.  It's like living a nightmare.

My son was molested by his father at the age of 4 /5 . His law guardian wanted to put him backin harms way. After spending 5 minutes alone with my son, she told me and the judge that my boy loved his father. While the investigation was going on the Sheriff in charged interviewed my sons Father and came to me accused me of moesting my son becase He was a fat child and had trouble cleaning his butt after  bowl movement and I helped. After talking to several thearpist because the butt wiping went on for years, I was told after a child has been molested it is common for them to freak when feeling anything on their butt. TheJudge knew better than the law guardian and I did get superviced visits and soul custody. The grandmother was the supervicer and I just found out last year that the grandmother would let the molesting continue under her care. The judge also screwed up when he ordered my son and his father to seek therapy together, It tortured my boy, so I stoped sending him. His father has molested several children and gotten away with it because the law doesnt always work.  My boy has blocked everything and I have spent 6years in college and many years in therapy so I can help get him through this. I was  molested also and no one helped me. But I thank God I was because it helped me see the signs in my boy My boy is over weight, shy, sad. and feels alone. He is my life and I will spend mylife helping him fulfill his life. Just know the law doesnt always protect.

I agree with you fully.  This is very well put and it is the crux of the matter.

Any one can start accusing someone of something sick like this, start implanting ideas and coaching a small malleable brain. And people WILL jump the band wagon and believe the accusations.

This is why there are SOOOO many children molested in the country. cause people dont beleive it and think they are being coached! this is why kids wont come through.

 

People are hearing this little girl and then allowing her to go back to a place where she doesnt feel safe!

 

This Is NOT showing any kind of helping the children at all!

 

Even if he was innocent, he should be the first person to understand why she was being kept away, an accusation thats against him like this is a serious one. If i had one against me, i would be the first one to say, ok, listen... lets not let me around her for awhile!

In a right time and place the system might work but I to had dealt with a situation in a michigan area where a CPS blew off a situtation that would have other wise pertected a child. I am not going to into details on here but the police not only sided with the one parent they walked this parent to the CPS to plead this persons case.  This officer also tried to trump up charges to help better this parents case on those who where trying to protect the child. Dr. Phil I would be happy to fill you in ... Im just saying it happens and no joke about it.

Michigan CPS is not professional.  I have dealt with CPS, with another neighbor who we know has been doing something to his children.  CPS told this sick jerk that it was someone who was Mentally Ill that reported him.  JUDGEMENTAL.  Boy I hated that. 

 

I agree with Krista and Bonnie.  I believe he is molesting his daughter.  Didn't Krista say she was 14 when he was 21?  That is statuatory Rape.
