Dr. Phil follows up with Krista and Bonii's quest for the truth, to find out if 3-year-old Kaylee is being molested by her father, Jeremy. Jeremy maintains his innocence even after a polygraph test showed him to be lying. He took another lie detector test at his hometown police department, and brought the results for Dr. Phil to review. What does an independent polygrapher say about this second test? Then, Jeremy asked to undergo hypnosis as another means of getting closer to the truth. Were there any new revelations? And, Jeremy had agreed to supervised visits with Kaylee, but when he got home, he changed his mind, so Krista denied him visitation. They end up facing off in front of a judge. Did Krista serve jail time or let Jeremy see Kaylee? Is Jeremy being falsely accused, or is this little girl still in harm's way? Talk about the show here.

Find out what happened on the show.

I doubt It

Kaylee said jeremy did it again after the most recent visit. I doubt Jeremy would molest his daughter while all this attention is focused on him. I noticed in the video Krista and Bonilis are talking openly in front of the children what should be a adult conversation.  Children pick up what they are hearing from the adults around them.

It almost sounds like kaylee is telling her mother what she thinks she wants to hear.

I don't like any of them, I feel sorry for kaylee being stuck in the middle of such a battle.

I think the only danger kaylee is in,  is the psychotic behavior of the adults around her and I mean all of them.

other evidence?

I work with criminals, and have seen the likes of child molesters.  With my experience, and education I believe that with Jermey's clean cut look and cocky attitude that he fits the profile.  Now I know that there is physical evidence but no torn hymen, and most believe that with the hymen still in tact that nothing is happening.  The child is three, and may have trouble explaining herself, not knowing exactly what is happening to her.  I once read a case where they could not find a step father guilty of child molestation on his step daughter.  The only physical evidence they had was a stretched hymen.  They later found that the step father was not using regular intercourse as the child had described, but anal intercourse on the child.  Most children that young are only told to tell a parent if someone touches their privet, and don't understand how they can be violated in other forms.  Watching the child I don't see her being coached, because the child would love both parents the same, and if she was being coached, she would simply say  "mom told be to say it".  As for the courts, they do not deal with abuse accusations, they only make orders and enforce them.  And for child protective services, they may threaten, just keep pushing if something is wrong and is known, I found most social workers to be lazy and don't care.  They are underpaid and have far too many cases to deal with, and over the years they lack compassion for their job and the people they deal with.

I can't believe this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a mandated source (home care worker, )I have seen my share of domestic abuse, whether it be spousal or children involved, I can tell you one thing:  Atleast where I live, the CPS people are no help at all.  I have to agree with the mother and grandmother on this one!  I have seen time and time again people plea with these "professionals" re:  their children being clearly abused and they come up "unfounded."  I am telling you, I have witnessed abuse to children in my work and have been to court and told what I saw and nothing is done.  I cannot understand why this happens and how on earth these victims are returned time after time to the abuser to have their little lives ruined forever.  It makes me physically sick to my stomach and to think these so called proffessionals are being paid by my tax dollars to send these poor innocent children back for more abuse!  I would love 10 minutes alone in a room with that guy!

He is lying

Jeremy is lying, his body language is screaming... liar! And he would not allow himself to be put under for hypnosis because he knows the truth would come out. He only took a second polygraph test "after" he found out how to beat it. Yes there is a way to beat a polygraph test.

The justice system is dropping he ball on this one and letting an innocent 3 year old girl slip through the cracks. I know Dr. Phil will get to the bottom of this for the little girls sake.

How about some opinions from the CASA viewers

I'm a CASA and, even though all the facts are not at my feet,  my gut tells me that something is truly amiss here. With nothing more to go on than what I have seen on this show, I would recommend to the court that supervised visitation be ordered. If there is a question, Kali's safety must come first.

Would love to hear from you CASA's out there.

These people exhaust me. In my opinion, this little girl needs to be removed from all parties involved and placed in a stable, normal home where she can be a child and enjoy childhood. She does not need to be constantly placed in the middle of these two extremely immature parents.
I strongly agree. I'm confused as to why someone has yet to do this yet?

Also, why hasn't anyone (IE: CPS) told Kaylee to show them how the father is touching her?

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!!!!

I would love to wipe that smug smirky look off Jeremy's face.  He knows he cannot lose because Kaylee's Mom either has to hand Kaylee over for a day or she goes to jail and he gets kaylee for two weeks........WHAT A CHOICE!!

What would be so wrong about erring on the side of caution.  At the very least supervised visits would protect Kaylee.  You would think that if Jeremy was innocent he would want to find out who is molesting her.  I may be wrong, but I have not heard him express any concern about finding the perpetrator.

good point,  because 3 year olds don't lie,  and he claims to be innocent yet only defensive, not proactive or concerned about her.

I don't agree

Quote From: amandajo82

agree with me or not... no matter...

okay... i think that all of these people are full of crap...

#1 I would NOT be surprised if Jeremy was molesting his daughter.

The man does not answer questions without dramatic facial gestures and lots of

"Hmmmmm"s and "Uhhhh"s.  I realize people do these things in normal conversation, but to

a degree.. this man is off the charts.

#2 IF this woman (kaylee's mother) HONESTLY believes that Jeremy is molesting kaylee, why in

hell did she EVER take her back to him after the first time Kaylee said something

happened????  I would NEVER.  She needs her head checked.

Also.. Assuming she really does believe this is going on, she also likes the attention, or else

she would have taken this all much more seriously and kept her daugter away from him.

      Period!

I think this whole thing is horrible.  Whether this child has been molested or not is becoming the least of her problems.  If it did happen, she needs help dealing with this.  If it didn't happen, god help her in understanding why all of the 'adults' around her are so screwed up and pray that she can someday manage to cope and live a normal life.

She said the reason why she took the child back.

1. she has other children

2. she would go to jail for 15 days

3. He would get the child for 15 days as opposed to just a weekend.

Which would you do with your son? Let his father have him for a weekend or 15 days? Those are your only two choices. Which would it be?

Be careful about saying what you would do or what you think she is b/c she did so. Karma is still making it's rounds and you might find yourself a sitation like this yourself.

Calming Down

I couldn't agree with Dr. Phil more when he states that everyone needs to calm this situation down for the sake of Kaylee.  While I understand that Bonii is worried about her granddaughter, she is NOT helping this situation.  This situation needs to be handled by Jeremy and Krista, NOT Bonii.  She is handing out flyers, picketing the courthouse, setting up a website, etc.  I understand that she feels that there is a conspiracy against her family, but when you sit back and look at the types of things she is doing, can you really wonder why?  Dr. Phil really needs to remove Bonii from this situation, and get down to brass tacks with Jeremy and Krista.  Does all this fighting really help Kaylee?  No, it does not.  Do the actions of Bonii and Krista really lend them credibility?  No, they do not.

I never thought I'd hear myself agree with anything Jeremy has to say, but he IS right about one thing:  details of this situation have NO PLACE on picket signs for people to remember and throw at Kaylee when she gets older.  There are more effective ways of obtaining a second chance in the courtroom than by splashing Kaylee's business everywhere for everyone to see on flyers and on picket signs.  This is where Bonii and Krista need to take the high road and not do this little girl any more damage than has already been done.

Who is guilty here?  That is the question of the hour...and while everyone wants to see justice come about for Kaylee, they need to remember this:  Everyone is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.  If they so truly believe that Jeremy is guilty, they should first start by hiring a different lawyer, because a lawyer who doesn't know that letters aren't admissable in court and considered heresay, is not worth his weight in salt.

There may be an ulterior motive to Jeremy.  He seems more concerned with his rights than the well being of his daughter.  He may be pretty angry about forking over child support and is willing to push the issue to the point of removing her from her mom.
