Dr. Phil follows up with Krista and Bonii's quest for the truth, to find out if 3-year-old Kaylee is being molested by her father, Jeremy. Jeremy maintains his innocence even after a polygraph test showed him to be lying. He took another lie detector test at his hometown police department, and brought the results for Dr. Phil to review. What does an independent polygrapher say about this second test? Then, Jeremy asked to undergo hypnosis as another means of getting closer to the truth. Were there any new revelations? And, Jeremy had agreed to supervised visits with Kaylee, but when he got home, he changed his mind, so Krista denied him visitation. They end up facing off in front of a judge. Did Krista serve jail time or let Jeremy see Kaylee? Is Jeremy being falsely accused, or is this little girl still in harm's way? Talk about the show here.

What about the mother making the 2 cm tear and blaming the father as the obvious choice?????? Why? Cause she doesn't want to be caught.  Or maybe its her boyfriend and she is covering for him cause he is abusive??????

So many unanswered question??? and so easy to place blame when there is an obvious (very I might add) target.  Not saying he is innocent...just not the tar and feather type.  The OB/GYN could not conclusively say that there was any abuse either which is why the current motiont was thrown out of court.

I tried to have an open mind when I watched the first show about Jeremy.  I then decided that Jeremy seemed to be guility.  My heart  went out to this child , her mother, & grandmother.  However, after today's show I'm not really sure how I feel.  It seems that Krista & Bonnie did things that did not seem to have Kaylee's best interest in mind.  If I thought for one second that my child was being molested or abused I don't care how long I would have to sit in jail, I would do whatever was necessary to  keep her safe (even hide her).  However, Krista did not want to go to jail for 15 days (to keep her child safe & make a bold statement to all involved), but was willing to hand out 700 flyers & picket in front of the court house, & put up a billboard.   It just doesn't make sense to me.  Also, Dr. Phil advised them to calm things down for Kaylee's sake & go about things properly.  To me it seems that they did not take his advice.  It also seems to me that Krista prompts Kaylee for answers that she wants to hear.  If Kaylee was upset or had something to tell her mom when she came home from these last visits I'm sure as vocal as she is, she would have told her mom without it be drug out of her.  I'm not saying that Jeremy hasn't at least made very bad parenting decisions, along with Krista, but I'm not so sure anymore that he is guilty.  It seems to me that maybe Kaylee would be better off with someone else (at least for now).  I originally thought that Bonnie might be a good choice, but after seeing some of her actions on today's show & what law enforcement had to say about her I have changed my mind about that too.  It seems that Kaylee is being forgotten.  I went thru a very nasty divorce & custody battle.  I was accused of things that were absolutely not true.  I wasn't happen with these accusations, but I knew that I had done nothing wrong & in the end the truth would prevail.  It makes me wonder if that might be what's going on here.  Also, Krista remarked that she has 2 other children at home.  Where are these children's fathers?  Maybe Krista & Bonnie want all of these children & no fathers around.  Where is Bonnie's husband.  It seems that other than Jeremy there is no other male figure around Kaylee. 

didnt u see that if she went to jail for the 15 days jeremy would of got the child for the 15 days thats why she didnt i believe this mother is doing all she can and no ones listening!!

I don't doubt the mother's concern either.  My question would be:  is there another man in Kaylee's life that could be molesting her?  A friend of Jeremy's or the mother's boyfriend??

Let us not condemn Jeremy until he is proven guilty.

I have mixed feelings on this situation. On one hand i kinda believe that Jeremy could be doing this to his daughter Kaylee by his reactions to questions. But on the other hand i don't remember hearing it on the tape that Kaylee specifically said that her Dad was touching her pepe. Just that he touched my pepe. The mother and Grandmother could of put it in her head that it was her Dad. For crist sakes she is three years old. She shouldn't be questioned like that or drilled like she is being drilled every time when she comes home from her fathers house. I seen a friend do this to her daughter every time she came home from her fathers. Her `mom wanted to know who, what, where, when and why. I feel that you shouldn't say anything to the child. If something bad happened most likely they will tell the other parent what happened.

The mother and Grandma are aweful

OK I am not sure about this Jeremy guy. There is some speculation that he did molest his child. I dont know if there is enough to stand up in a court of law.

I am not here to state whether I think he is guilty or not.

But I have to agree with a comment he made about the mom and the grandma picketing the courthouse with her picture. This girl is 3 and will be going to school in 2 years. If things continue to drag out they are then this little girl will have a real hard time when she starts school.

The website was way too far. And makes the grandma look like nothing more that a troublemaker...someone who likes to pot stirred! The daughter supporting these childish actions of her mother ruin her and makes one really wonder "just how much is being fed to Kaylee"

I don't know which state this case is located in, but I have a hard time believing that CPS would leave the child in that situation.  If the mother has allowed the child to continue seeing her father and there has indeed been molestation going on, then she is just as guilty as he is in not protecting her child. 

 i see  your point of view, but if she is held contempt of curt and nothing is proven  on jermey then christa building a criminal history it would be very easy for jermy to when custody, of the baby.please dont take me in the wrong way, but i've been in simular shoes.

What if????

It has already been proven that the mother has been coaching this poor little girl to say things about her father.  What if he really isn't doing this to her and it is all her mother just being a mean evil X, like so many women out there can be.  I know it happens. 

My sister when she was 5 yrs old accused my father of molesting her right after my parents got divorced.  I don't think we will ever know why my sister did what she did but when she was about 27 she finally came out and admitted she made it all up.

I really don't think that Jeremy is the bad guy here.  Everyone is always so eager to judge people, but there are always 2 sides to every story, some times even more.  I know there is a lot more to this story that we are not hearing.  And the one consistant thing is moms story seems to be all about her, and getting back at Jeremy.

Erring on the side of caution has some merit, but then I say get Kaylee away from the 2 women who may be making false accusations because if they are, then they are equally disturbed.
I just think a professional would be able to tell quite alot from Kaylees behavior (not just by the words her mom/grandma has her parroting) if she had some regular sessions. If she had been abused by this man I seriously think a psychologist could find out.
Why do you think children's services doesn't think there is a case? They can be sued if they're negligent. They're overworked and probably not as vigilant as we'd like, but I doubt they'd allow blatant abuse to go on.
They constantly allow abuse to go on because they don't take the time to investigate properly.  They should know better than anyone that the molester will have threatened the child in one way or another if they tell anyone about what's happening.

It seems that social workers have such a huge caseload, they just want to clear each one off as fast as they can, so their boss will not gripe at them or so they can call it a day or whatever.  Our system fails more than it helps.

sadly kids that young can be lead to tell lies even if they are not knowing they are lying.   there was proof of this in indina(sp) when some one accused a whole family of such things before and turns out a person from the courts doing the questioning kept hammering away at the kids until they said what she wanted them to say.   it was on a old NBS report and they tested this out as well by having a 3 year old child go see the family doc. and then some one else gave the girl and asked where the doc tuched her and after a little while she went from the elbow to her privets and then from her eye and mouth to her privets.   so its proven it can be done and I think that mother is at fault.

I can not believe no one is thinking of this child. They both said they have Kaylee's best intrest heart. On the fathers part you would think he would try to get to the bottom of the matter to find out why Kaylee would be saying these things and you can put video survillance in your home The are time marked. It would not have to be surpvised there are ways you could prove your innocent. If indeed you are. As far as the Mother & Grandmother you have scared this child Just as bad you are keeping her in turmoil. Public humalateing her and i don't care what they say it will follow her for the rest of her life. And i have been in kaylee's shoes. Why do think thousands of girls hide being sexually abused. out of fear of haveing there picture posted and the finger pointed at them. You Will never understand. All of you have hurt this child.
