Dr. Phil follows up with Krista and Bonii's quest for the truth, to find out if 3-year-old Kaylee is being molested by her father, Jeremy. Jeremy maintains his innocence even after a polygraph test showed him to be lying. He took another lie detector test at his hometown police department, and brought the results for Dr. Phil to review. What does an independent polygrapher say about this second test? Then, Jeremy asked to undergo hypnosis as another means of getting closer to the truth. Were there any new revelations? And, Jeremy had agreed to supervised visits with Kaylee, but when he got home, he changed his mind, so Krista denied him visitation. They end up facing off in front of a judge. Did Krista serve jail time or let Jeremy see Kaylee? Is Jeremy being falsely accused, or is this little girl still in harm's way? Talk about the show here.

Come on! He is totally guilty. Take from someone who would know. All the sign's are there. When Dr. Phil talked to him alone on the first show he kept stalling and talking about sleep walking and stuff like that . I was married to a pathological lier, so I know the games they play and he was pulling all the tricks. I would do everything that Kailey's mom is doing I would stop at nothing to keep him from her. If he is capable of having sex with a 14 year old at the age of 21 then he is capable of molesting his daughter. If I could I would go down there and help her as much as I could. There was a case on dateline about severe problems in the child protective systems. It was a wake up call to me that the people that are supposed to help us are playing dead and are children are suffering because of it. I know that he is doing this and I hope to god that the system wakes up in time before he does something far worse.

DCFS IS HORRIBLE

A few weeks ago, a story came on our local new station in chicago stating that over 50 children have died from domestic violence with dcfs knowing about these situations. I feel that they have not done their job and they are lazy people. Innocent children are being hurt by people like jeremy adn DCFS does not want to do their job and take extra precautions to see if they are in a same home.

Dr. Phil requested to keep things calm, if these people don't have the faith in Dr. Phil there is no way they can win for Kaylee.

Protests? Flyers? Contacting Senators? I personally don't think any of the aforementioned methods weigh in comparison to what Dr. Phil can and will do for Kaylee. The mother needs witness testimony in the court room, who better than Dr. Phil. He can testify to working with all involved.

As for the courts, why can't they rule on the side of safety? What harm is done if temporary supervised visitation is done while the investigation continues?

At least the mother continues to abide by the law.

good i feel for this family

first let me say i love the dr phil show. BUT............... I completely disagree with his evaluations of child protection services.... Going through this same situation with my 3 yr old telling us that her daddy made her "suck his bobo" and doing things not normal of a 3 year old I also contacted social services.... to no avail. They did agree that the things this 3 yr old was saying was not in the least bit normal.... BUT there was no PHYSICAL evidence.... I am sorry but in my belief if a three year old says these kind of things ITS TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!! my case has been closed and unfounded much like poor little kaylees families.... I have also requested a lie detector which he shot down proof positive to me. I have been told that with children this age it is "hard" "because they just dont say the things needed to convict the preditor." So the referal to me by child services is to allow him visitation and "WHEN THIS HAPPENS AGAIN" contact them..... My question to anyone who cares is WHY am i being asked to use my child as bait...... I am being asked to take away more of her innocense to supply CPS and the law what they need.... In my eyes this makes me as guilty as it does him...... It also make CPS the courts and the law just as guily....... To the family of Kaylee my thoughts are with you every time i look in my 3 yr olds eyes I pray that he gets what he deserves I pray that we find a way to trust in our childrens innocense and believe the words they speak.... As for the posts i read judging her as a mother dont judge unless you have been there the laws tie your hands behind your back dont judge her judge our system...... Make them relize children should not be used as bait and parents should not be judged no matter how many claims are made by them.......

Did you not see the first show? Evidence against the MONSTER was far worse than the evidence that they are coaching the daughter to say things.

It is clear from watching both shows that there is no love lost between these two or between Jeremy and the grandmother. Everybody seem to be out for themselves and not looking out for Kaylee, if they were concerned for her they would not be doing half the things they are. I have no doubt that Kaylee's mother and grandmother are coaching her. Why are they so afraid to let Jeremy answer or speak more then a few words. He may very well have done this, I don't know, there isn't any physical evidence. But this man has been tried and convicted by everyone in the studio audience and probably most of the viewers. What happened to innocent until proven quilty. Kaylee's mother is not the sweet, put upon person she pretents to be. I think she should be looked at a bit closer too because her actions and motives are far from being in her daughter's best interest.

My stomach is churning

This show was pointless because we are no closer to seeing this situation resolved. It gave Jeremy more attention, exactly what he doesn't need. And for Dr. Phil to repeatedly tell him I don't know if your innocent or not irritates me. This guy is certainly acting guilty and is so obnoxious I don't know why Dr. Phil has patience with him. If I was the mother - over my dead body would he ever get unsupervised visits. All this media attention and this INNOCENT girl is still subjected to abuse. DISGUSTING!
