First and foremost their is no PHYSICAL EVIDENCE that Jeramy is sexually abusing Kaylee and there is absolutly no way Jeramy could cover that up.  That will be what the judge will base her decision on.

There is a reason that lie detector tests are not admisable in court.  They are not reliable.  I have experienced a lie detedter test and was found deceitful when I was not.  However I was retested and also passed.  I do suffer from Bipolar disorder and I suffer from an anxiety disorder and that is part of the reason that my test was wrong the first time.  

This is a young desperate mother with three children all from different fathers.  That can cause an enormous amount of stress.  When I watch her she has so much anger.  I know her intention is to protect her daughterb but if a grown an penitrated her daughter the physical evidence would be overwhelming.  A doctor has already stated their is no physical evidence.  In addition DCF would do a physical exam and they have found no evidence.

I do not think Jeramy abused his daughter and have maintained that opinion since I first heard the polygraph results.  Anyone who has taken one of these test knows how nerve racking it can be to take on.  They cause a great deal of anxiety.  Thats why he failed.  Mom shold do a bit of research into polygraphs and she could learn a great deal about them.

I am certainly not blaming the mother I just think she is young with little life experience.  Her mother (the grandmother) only fuels the fire.  I was especially shocked to hear that they have alienated law enforcement in theri town.  This is a private family matter not a public spectical like they have made it.

I think Kaylee has be exsposed too much already.  Kaylee also realizes she gets a great deal of attention when she makes these accusations.  Children are very preceptive to what is going on around them.

Be very careful about the things you say.

Jeremy:

The one thing that IS certain is that he has an unhealthy attraction to girls under the age of consent. However, nothing is proof-positive about his alleged abuse of Kaylee. My opinion is that he has been inappropriate with her, because although there is a possible explanation against each of the indicators that would point to him being an abuser, when you add them all up it just doesn't look good. It's probably not enough for a conviction, but it sure suggests that supervision is warranted. And if he truly is guilty of this he should be tossed in jail forever.

Krista and Bonii:

In the worst case scenario, they've conspired to fabricate a story that Jeremy is sexually abusive. If that is truly so, they should be sued to the last penny they will ever earn and lose custody of Kaylee. That may sound harsh, but a man's reputation is forever destroyed by even a false accusation like this. Even if a judge laughs a ridiculous case out of court, the accused will be forever stigmatized.

In the best case scenario, Krista and Bonii believe Kaylee is abused and are frustrated by "the system". Even so, they are certainly a piece of work. Consider THAT evidence. Stalking Jeremy's new wife for infidelity? Harassing the authorities to the point of indifference? Distributing flyers, allowing her face to be televised, and creating a website to trumpet this alleged abuse?!? This poor child has no chance of moving beyond this with all the self-serving publicity her mother and grandmother have garnered for her, exploiting her as an unwitting poster child.

If I were King Solomon judging this case, I'd take her away from the whole sick lot of them, and give her up for adoption to some decent loving childless couple.

To begin I'd like to know where the mother was when her 14 year old daughter began "dating" a 21 year old man!!! Now to the present time...I can't believe that the child protective agency and the courts would not demand supervised visitation for this child until further investigation could be done. If there is any resonable doubt, which there definately is, then this man should not be left alone with this little girl! Shouldn't it be children first?  This man is so obviously guilty it isn't even funny! I was abused as a child and I'd dare say there would have been no visiable evidence but there was abuse just the same. If this man had to think about whether or not he stuck his tongue in his daughters mouth then you have your answer right there...HE'S A CHILD MOLESTER...he proved that with his ex wife...14/21...pedophile...the mother should have stopped it then!!!
