Hi Kelly!

Are you still here, Kathy? If so, do you have time to chat?

KELLY.

Yes, I'm still here. Thinking it might be a good idea to go to bed since I have a busy day tomorrow but what the heck!

Interesting question from the newbie, huh?

How's Bitsy going now? Is she starting to learn how to ask to be let outside to go and do number ones and twos?

Good for you, Kelly!

How's things with everyone here? Hope you're all doing well. We are doing fine here as per normal!!

Well the message from Kohathi was a very interesting one wasn't it? Just wanted to put my 2 cents worth in.

Things have been going really well for me personally of late. Each day to me is getting better and better and I feel like my old self in so many ways. Today Stephanie and I went to Playgroup and while she was off playing I got to speak to all the Mum's and they are all very nice women to talk to. They are of different ages, some of them bring their own children and there are other's who bring their Grandchildren. I'm just so glad that I have them to talk each week. We always trade advice about our children and that can help at times.

Well I hope you all stay well and please TAKE CARE. LOVE KELLY.

Sounds like playgroup does you both a lot of good.

I'm getting kind of excited by the new Red Hat chapter that was formed when my group merged with another group. The Queen Mother has lots of fun events for us to choose from and right now I plan on attending them all. One is a full day at the state fair. Another is a get-to-know-you potluck. Another is a luncheon with still another nearby Red Hat chapter. Also a pajama party in the afternoon the middle of September. Finally, baking cookies as a fund raiser for my new church and where the chapter we merged with has most of their members.

as well as teaching! We have to learn to take her outside every two hours and then play with her, let her eat, then put her back in her crate until potty time again. If we mess up, she does too but then we get to clean up - and I know you know what I mean by that! LOL

Sounds like you're having some fun with Bitsy as well. Yes, I do remember what it's like to have a puppy in the house doing all those things that Puppy's like to do!! LOL!!

well, at least it is to me!

Since we adopted Bitsy, we've had lots of company from others living within the Senior Estates. Everyone wants to see our new "baby". So the other day a group of three ladies stopped by to meet Itsy Bitsy and love on her, so I said - We should get one of those storks for our front yard with a sign that says "It's a girl!"

Wouldn't THAT be something! We'd have the neighbors who don't know it's for a puppy wondering how on earth tow old folks like us had a baby girl! Doesn't that just give you a mental picture? I had to tell them I was kidding because they knew where they could get a stork for our yard!

We are supposed to be all dressed up in purple and red! I will definitely need to get myself a purple pair of PJs.

I know you lost your dear Sue but now I cannot remember if you have any pets and if not, are you planning on any when Stephanie gets a bit older?

Isn't she about the same age as Vicki's A&M?

You know, V got them a puppy several weeks ago.

Ah what a puppy does when it comes to bring people from near and far!!

It works that way with babies for me, ever since I had Stephanie every time I see a little one, especially if it's a new baby I've got to go and have a look and ask How old is he/she? And no I'm not clucky!!
