We are doing well here and to those of you that wished Stephanie a Happy Birthday, thanks so much for that. Stephanie did have a great birthday and she also had a great time at her birthday party that we had for her the day after her birthday.

 

It's been great having Mark home this last week and until he fly out on the 1st of August.

 

This last Saturday, we took Stephanie to Australia Zoo, that's the one that the late Steve Irwin owned and is still owned by Terri, Bindi and little Bob Irwin.

 

What a great place that Zoo is, so much to see and do, so many animals big and small. We had a ball there, all 3 of us. We got there about 9:30am and didn't leave till just after 4pm. We also got to see Bindi playing with her family and friends, so yes she does still get to be a child sometimes!

 

If any of you ever come here to Australia, you will have to check out Australia Zoo, you'll love it!

 

Would you all be so kind and say a little prayer for Mark and us this coming Friday. Mark's flight leaves Brisbane at 6pm Friday.  I will need some support from God himself when Mark goes so, any prayers would be great, thanks so much!

I am so glad you guys had a great time at the zoo. A zoo can be so much fun!!!!!  I didn't know that Steve Irwin owned a zoo. I knew he did the wildlife show but I have never seen it. I rarely ever watch any tv. But I did know he was a big animal personality on the tv. And I remember his tragic death at the hands of stingray. (Is that right?) Anyway it is great that his family has kept the zoo going for everyone to enjoy. A wonderful legacy to him also.

 

You do not have to doubt that Mark in my prayer list sweetie, you and Stephanie too for that matter. You know it is not just our soldiers that protect us, it is also their families because they sacrifice for everyone also. It's a package deal as you well know!!

 

Love you all, hang in there it will pass very soon. =)

howdy

Ami - my goodness it goes from one thing to another.  It sucks that you have to go thru all this.  Now, hopefully once they get some of your body out of you that you will heal and be back to your old self.

Hey V

Been meaning to ask you since you sent that email of all the things that you tell your clients about if it's possible for you to send us a pic of that ...what was it now? .....the cricket or something that could carry people and cases of beer or some crazy something. Be kinda neat to see such a creature and hard to believe it exists.

I have visions of little critters inside me giggling say to each other "now where can we party and make havoc?!" hehe

 

My tummy as of today has a giant roadmap on it as it is with so many incisions. Most are on the right side. This one I think will be on the left. lol Matt has said they just need to put a zipper in and I wouldn't need to carry a purse any longer. They could just make me a kangaroo with a giant zipper pouch! LOL I kind of think they should just take out all things take-out-able. lol

 

Good thing I'm not an ancient Egyptian. My jars would be empty and then the gods would probably throw me back. =P LOLOLOL

 

It looks like I will do this somewhere around Labor Day (Sept 1st). Don't know yet for sure.

 

You and Kelly make we want to go to the zoo!!!!  See all those lions and tigers and bears..oh my!!! ;)

I guess getting things removed would be an easy way of getting rid of those few extra pounds.

 

HMMMM....wonder what I could get rid off.  I just wish that all the extra pounds I gain around the middle would go right to my top half....and you know which part I mean...lol

Been thinking....now I give travellers information on the province.  I give them accomodation guides/visitor books...tell what to see and where to go.  They come in here use the toilets...buy a pop maybe or a souvenir of the province.  I give out maps...highlite the way for them.

 

Now the thing that carries a case of beer/people would be my mini van, it also carries Bacardi and sometimes Kahlua. 

 

I honestly am still lost?!?!?!?!??!
