With most of what I said I was trying to convey how emotionally/socially dangerous this could be for you. Men are dogs and nobody's surprised when they act like dogs. (So goes the stupid stereotype.) But somebody's got to take the fall, and it will be the woman in most cases.
As our good friend Kelly would say, "No worries mate!" I really do appreciate your thoughts and especially your concern. It has been interesting to get everyone's views on the whole issue.

Anyway, I must admit, I've been on edge lately (that's for the benefit of anyone who hasn't already figured that out) and there's so much going on, and so much to think about, that it's really been a challenge. Tonight after work, I'm headed to pick
Erin up at her dad's, (now, let me tell you -- there's a DOG) where I'll get to meet her new stepmom-to-be. Oh joy. Actually, I'm trying to figure what kind of hand signals I might be able to use to let her know what a big mistake she's making.
If that doesn't work, we'll just have to get those stinky flower deliveries lined up.
I promise, on my honor, to be very, very careful, and if I can't be careful, well then, I'll just have to be lucky!
