What a great day so far this is , having Alice able to post, Bevo back too,  and you finding your way back to us all, wooooohoooooo hope many of the others follow too...winking..

I've been up and down with my weight, and still on the up side...but am working on Key 2 now again...gotta change my internal thinking and cease the reacting instead of acting on things....I WILL get it eventually....smiling...

Hi there ,patience is a virtue !,,,so they say ! well trying as it has been ..we all seem to be finding our way back ...bit by bit !! i do hope we all manage to get back the support & friendship we had before ,i have missed you all so much ..one thing it definatly has proved to me ..just how important it is to have friends who know ..JUST how you are feeling ! ..so on that note ( much as i still prefer things as they were ,we are making the change .......! ) we are finding our way back ...no keeping us down....oh no .."we are DEFINATLY back .........KAREN ?     You have made me feel so welcome back.  Yes, Susie your post made me smile and made me feel so glad that we are back.  I too really appreciate having friends like you who know exactly how I feel and you always have such a great way with words that you can express yourself so very very well.  I now feel that we will once again get everyone aboard again and will be able to move on and continue to support each other.    Have you started packing yet for that big trip??? 

      Shirley I think it was your continued thoughts of some of us that helped get us back.  I still am unsure of why it took me three tries to do something that should have only taken one but I am just glad that I am back.   

       Cindy  and Bev it is so nice to have you back also. 

     I hope everyone got their IE today.  I did swim 2 hours again today and thought about staying longer but my kitten would not behave herself and kept messing with my glasses and thought she might scratch them so I got out.  She walks around the pool when I am swimming to keep me company and make sure I do as I am supposted to do I guess.  I guess I need a guard to make sure I do not slack off.    Have a great evening everyone.              Alice 

• Hello to all well I am home again it has been a very hard summer I lost my sister n law in July and My dad passed away on 8-1-2005. I was blessed to spend his last days with him and I am so happy he did not suffer God saw fit to take him home before the pain became to much. Blessed be the Lord. I  am selfish I wanted to keep him for longer while but it wasn't meant to be. So thank you all for the prayers and the love hugs sharon/

SHARON - SO HAPPY YOU ARE BACK WITH US.  SORRY FOR ALL YOUR LOSSES DEAR FRIEND, PLEASE ACCEPT MY DEEPEST SYMPATHIES.  IT WAS SO NICE THAT YOU GOT TO SPEND YOUR DAD'S LAST DAYS WITH HIM - I AM SURE HE WAS VERY HAPPY TO HAVE YOU THERE.

ALICE - LOVE THE STORY ABOUT YOUR KITTEN AT THE POOL - NEVER HEARD OF A GUARD KITTEN BEFORE.  LOL.  EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I STILL HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THINGS ON THE BOARD BUT IT IS GETTING BETTER - YESTERDAY ONE OF MY MESSAGES POSTED TWICE.
