SORRY ABOUT THE CAPITALS .. HAVING TROUBLE FIGURING OUT  ALL THIS NEW STUFF. KAREN .. SORRY I MISSED YOUR BIRTHDAY. ..... HOPE YOU HAD AGREAT TIME!!!!!.... WE ALL SEEM TO BE HAVING TROUBLE ADJUSTING TO THIS NEWNESS.   I'M FEELING FLAT TOO...A USUAL SPOT FOR ME....... HOWEVER NOTHING MUCH  LOOKS FLAT( LITTLE JOKE  GIRLS )  MORE LIKE A BLOB ,BLOB  BLOB LOOKING FROM THE TOP DOWN... THEN ANOTHER COUPLE OF BLOBS OUT TO THE SIDE...FINISHING AT FOOT LEVEL WITH A COUPLE OF ..BLOBS... ANYONE ELSE FEELING BLOBBY?   i'M ALWAYS COMING ON HERE  BLOBBING AROUND........ I HAD A LOOK AT 1 OF THE SITES CALLED 'HAVING TROUBLE GETTING STARTED' OR SOMETHING... BUT SCURRIED BACK HERE VERY FAST ..... EVEN THOUGH I DONT 'GET STARTED' FELT ALL WRONG SOMEWHERE ELSE.  LOVE TO ALL... BLOBBO...I MEAN BEVO XXX

Thank you for the welcome.  This is my second day on the RSP and have been 99% on track.  I had some unconscious eating yesterday when I ate 3 baked potato chips off of my DH plate at lunch and I took 1/4 c of scalloped potatoes at dinner.  I see a potato pattern forming here.  They say confession is good for the soul, there you have it.  I've been motivated by your board and the "Can't seem to get started" (or something like that).  I also checked in to DR. Phil's exercise board, the one Chilly is on, and I've started some IE.

I'm going to post this quickly before I lose it again.  I will return.

the weather has become more comfortable here in NY since the cold front went by.  I would have stayed in FL had I known it was going to be so hot up here.  Only kidding, I don't like hurricane season. 

Yes, I'm a dog lover and I was a Professional Pet Sitter for 11 years.  I would go through withdrawal if I didn't have one.  I adopted a retired racing greyhound almost 9 years ago, when she was 3 1/2,  and she is a sweetheart.  We applied for a quiet one and got a recluse.  She is very shy and timid.

I'll look for you on the exercise board.

I am so inspired.  116 lbs.  WOW!  I was afraid it was too late for me, I'm 56.  Did you follow the RSP to the tee or did you have more carbs?  Can you tell I miss my bread?  I was given suggestions for using lettuce inplace of bread but haven't tried it yet.  I'm surviving so far with out that extra slice and I have to think 2 days down and only 12 more to go.

This is the third time that I am typing this post as each time it disappeared.  I did my login and then typed the message and after I did "Spell Check" the message disappeared.  This is my last try.

Am having a great RSP 1st day.  Have decided to do this once again as my choices have left something to be desired in the last while.  If I want this to work, I MUST make better choices, along with water, IE, and using the 7 KEYS.  Am not going to weigh myself until the end of the month as it is not about the pounds but about a healthy lifestyle and feeling better.  Sure feel much better when I eat healthy. 

One thing I miss about the old board is the vast choice of color that we had, as it gave character to the board.  Will just have to figure something else out.  Will this do the trick?  Unfortunately it would take almost forever to post a message. LOL
