Niki, I sent you an e-mail.  Teresa and I are on SparksPeople.com  It is a website entirely devoted to weight loss.  I don't know what team she is on.  She could tell you that.  I am on a team called

"The Biggest Loser At Home Challenge" with some other Dr. Phil people.  I hope you will join us there.  You can also track your food intake and exercise on this website and read articles on health there.  It is free.  I hope to hear from you soon on a message board or by e-mail.  Take care!  I can only speak for myself ....  it may seem that this message board is not being taken away but in my eyes I feel it is ... awhile back Dr Phil or whoever is in charge there promised that our message boards would not be changed and again they are doing it ... I feel the new Beta message board is NOT user friendly maybe because I am so technically challenged ... it has taken me ( THE PAST FIVE YEARS ) since Dr Phil started these message boards to learn SLOWLY what I have learned.

 I know I am not alone in my feelings on the subject as I have been reading other message boards and others are feeling the loss of what is to become what we have called HOME for so long.

 I know we are small groups, but tell Dr Phil we have been the most loyal groups : )

                    CHANGE IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD

 I found Teresa and added her as my friend on sparks ... I found you but can't add you because you don't have a spark page made, are you going to be making one and if so let me know and then I can add you as a friend too : )

 Good to see you buddy ...  I'm like you, I can't stand the new boards so if they change I will be moving on also ... right now I am on Spark people because it seems to be the best site and easy to follow ... I was going to join Oprah's message boards,but they are just as bad now too.

I am not on face book any more due to the fact I don't have the time to do both sites.

On Sparks I have joined 12 teams lol lol but I am narrowing it down to most likely 4 ( all 12 of them are really good though.

 Are you going to join Sparks? .... if so let me know so I can add you as a friend.

 Brenda I don't think Face book has a weight loss site, it is just a place for people to meet, chat, share pictures, etc. etc. etc.  ..... that's about all I know and can share with you buddy.

 Connie  I also would like to know what Dr Phil is trying to do, I really don't think it is going to help his t.v. ratings : )  

You are right there are so many boards to choose from on Sparks, I am still trying to make up my mind which ones I am going to post on as there are some really good ones .... right now I am mostly reading,  introducing myself, and working on my spark page ..... let me know what team you are on and I will add you as my friend.
