hello everyone!

 

Hi everyone! How is everyone doing today? I am doing great! Eating has been really good for the past few days! No exercise yet, but I am writing up a exercise schedule tonight and I WILL STICK TO IT!!! I am trying to get over my negative thinking, that totally decides whether you do well or you don't. I think I always tell myself that I will not do this, I will be a failure and I will be this way forever,  so that is why I always fail, because I tell myself I am going to. So instead I am telling myself that I am a healthy person, I am fit and I am great and I will accomplish anything I want to because I am superwoman! hehehe!!  I think if I keep telling myself that I am already healthy and fit, that I will actually become healthy and fit, if i keep telling myself that I am fat, worthless and not fit, then I will continue to be so.

 

see, I have been really working on my stinkin thinking! I am doing really well, I feel great!!

 

I am setting up an appointment to see someone at the gym next week with my mom, I won a free 7 day pass for me and a guest, and I think my mom wants the other pass. She wants to see them about a family plan, so if it doesn't cost much, and we both like the gym, I think she might buy me and her a membership there, if she doesn't like it, I think she will offer to pay for my membership for a couple months until I get back on my feet and get a job. We'll see though, I want to see how much it is going to cost and if I like the environment. They told me today, that when we come in, a personal trainer will set up a personalized program for us to follow! I think that is great! She said the trainer will set me up on a fat loss program and that I will only have to go to the gym 4 days a week and I will show great progress if I stick to the program they design for me!!

 

anyway, hope everyone is doing well, and hope we get this board hoping soon!! Where is everyone???

I have news to share......

I started the Dr. Phil WLC on 1-10-05. I was a size 12 and one of my goals was to get down to a size 8. I reached that goal on 5-17-05. Another one of my goals was to lose 30 pounds. As of today, I wear between a size 6 & 7. I have lost 22 1/2 inches and lost 28 pounds. THIS PLAN WORKS! - I would like to thank Dr. Phil for writing the WLC book, but most of all I want to thank all of my board buddies for your support during these past six months. I could not have done this w/ out you all! You have been there for me through thick and thin. Changing my life style was not easy, nor losing the weight. I struggled and still do to this day. Like I said, this plan works and you can do it too!- Love -n-hugs to all, Jackie :)
