Mom of 15 and 10 year old boys!

Hi;  I'm from Alberta!  Would like to converse with any other mom.  Teenagers are not easy and my story is long but hopeful.  Take a deep breath and write down your value system and stick to it.

Hi, I am here. How to cope with everything? Reach out for people. Talk and be together. Doesn't matter if you still have work to do. IT IS much better, even fun, if you do it with somebody!

Well as for me, it didn't work so I am on antidepressants. It works. I can take everything easier. Deal with situations objectively and I don't crush every time I realize that I wish I had someone I could talk to. Or if I spoke french....
