A Blessed Sunday to all (or Monday for some)

Well all in all I am forging ahead with my WLC..still have to get that IE in...had a little slip last night, but immediately recovered from it...winking...

I've managed to get the water in, which is good...and for the most part am eating as planned..It is raining today and chilly out, so I am content here in my nice warm apartment...getting things caught up before work tomorrow....I am off work for the rest of the week after tomorrow, so will have lots of free time... Will be back to work hopefully the following Monday...these darn medical procedures...lol...

Well, have a great day all my lovelies...and I will too...

Hugs and love,
Karen

glad to hear your moving forward with your WLC and are doing well today.

sounds like it is a good day to stay in right now.Mind if I ask what medical procedure your referring to.

DH just got back from the store with patches. insurance paid all but 3 dollars of the cost.makes me happy.

Well that is awesome that your medical pays for most of your patches...Mine doesn't and it costs about $28 for a weeks worth...still cheaper than smoking..lol...

I'm having a biopsy of the Sentinel node on Wednesday, kinda like a check up since my breast cancer...smiling..

Always good to keep on top of things..lol..a painless procedure as I'll be asleep...lol..

Have a great evening..

Miss Vickie

Just popping on for a sec and wanted to say a good morning to you. I see that you got the patch prescription well that's just terrific. Very good news. Off I go to begin at least some exercise before everyone gets up.

Have a good day. I'm getting so excited for you. Your lungs are going to be squeaky clean. Soon they'll be clearing and your breathing and possibly your allergies will get better and better with each day........ say how's the pooch doing?????

great to hear your getting your exercise in early.

thank you--I am happy to have the patches--he bought me both patches and cigarettes---what message is that! lol I found he was upset cause the doctor never gave HIM a prescription when he announced he wanted to quit.He was pouting like a big child.

Like that was my fault--please.

He heard how I felt about his taking it out on me.Believe me!

I have the patches and am still trying to get threw this---boy talk about bad habits hard being hard to die. lol

I will be very happy to have my lungs cleaned the best I can and yes I think it will help me in other ways as well.

I appreciate the encouragement and support.

miss piggy is doing very well right now---talk about a good eater.lol of coarse she is spoiled--already.She is very watch ful over me--for a friend with bad eyes--she takes care of me for sure. She is doesn't get on the bed again yet---was advised not to let her--cause of her flea problems. But she lays right by the bed or in dh's chair.when someone comes in--she smells the air--to be sure they are suppose to be here. When someone she doesn't know comes in she paces til they leave.but never the room.

she is doing great with the other animals and 1 of the kittens will even sleep with her now.they are so cute together. She never barks except when out in the back yard.she is very quite and peaceful girl.she still goes to the front door to let us she needs out --which she goes out back.but this way I can see what she needs. She will sit at the bedroom door waiting for breakfast to be served--right on time too--so if the person who feeds the animals is late getting up---she is there waiting for them. She always gets canned food every morning and again in the afternoon.dry is out all day long and she has learned where it is--we first would wet it for her to be able to smell where it was--but don't have to anymore. She even has special treats--which we have learned if you touch them to her nose(gently) she will take them just fine.other wise she isn't seeing them and won't eat.she will go to the door when someone knocks--but never makes a sound. As each family member comes home she greets them at the door and then comes back in here with me.She cried yesterday--when son and dh left--but I told her they'd be back soon so she stopped crying and jumped in dh's chair and slept. Her wounds look all healed up and the hair is starting to grow in those spots again.

she has been a good addition to the family.and a very sweet loving friend.

i guess I got carried away there--lol sorry about that.

thanks for asking though.
