Welcome back Becky, red-faced and all.  It's so good to see you here. 

Started my work on Key #4, and will get back to you, hopefully today.  Did do one of the assignments and guess what?  Yep....... I am doing everything that I shouldn't be, how easy was that and I didn't even realize it.  Got my work cut out. 

I love the maritimes (that's what we call NB, NS and PEI) and wish you could come and visit our beautiful place some day.

I HAVE TO ADMIT I HAVENT GOTTEN TO REREAD #4 YET BUT I WILL. I AM READING A SERIES OF BOOKS BY A GREAT AUTHOR AND HAVE A HARD TIME PUTTING THEM DOWN. SHE'S LIZ CURTIS HIGGS AND I LOVE ALL HER BOOKS! SHE HAS A WEBSITE CHECK HER OUT!

I am doing fine here, just been busy and having computer problems and limited time on the computer keys.  I have been eating and exercising properly.  The fitness club I belong to is having a membership drive and all the classes are open to the publilc.  When they have these open houses they have seminars, booths for free massages and demontrations.  I am trying to fit them into my schedule each day also.  I am sure you have heard of Spring cleaning.  I am doing Fall cleaning in each room and getting the house ready to be painted.  We are getting new windows and flooring so that is making me crazy.  I am having to visit all kinds of show rooms to find stuff that will work.  And the bad news....my sweeper broke! 

Everyone read Chapter #4 and we will start a discussion Friday and continue it over the weekend or as long as it takes.  Get your questions ready!!

Well I am back again...I hope I can find my way once I leave...this has been a real challenge... 

Ok Summer is quickly coming to a close and I hope that our group joins us again....I am really trying to get here... 

We have been moving as most of you know and now Bill is back to work and I am getting back in the swing...leg problems are about gone and the TM has a huge room of its own now...I am on it daily along with the swimming pool that is here as well...the weather is perfect all year round so I will have no excuses not to get out and do my thing...along with the new addition to our family....a puppy...now I call that exercise...because we have no fences I get to walk Bitsey about 4 times a day...that is a good thing.. 

I have started laying in supplies once again to get the good choices going full steam... 

Well enough of this and a Huge HI to everyone...
