We--as members of the Powerful Phil's Phormerly Phat Phabulous Phifties Phriends-- realize that in order to get our weight down and then keep it off, we must be vigilant about exercising as well as eating healthy. Three years and going strong. Good for you. It is good to keep active and lose the extra weight. Just makes each day easier and more enjoyable. Who wants to have trouble just walking, putting shoes on or just getting dressed.  The exercise keeps us flexible and this is a good thing. ((((smiling))))

Hi Everybuddy

Good Morning to all and thanks for checking in. 

  

Today my IE was in the form of 

  

10 leg squats 

25 sit ups 

10 push ups 

  

Walked dog..........forgot my pedometer so I don't know how far we went but he was pretty tired when we returned (((((((((smiling))))))))))

That’s the IE Blue planned for today!

Speaking of behind...
There is so little left of mine
Just wiggles, wrinkles and skin!
Oh what shape I am in!
There must be some exercise
That folds skin around-and-around your thighs!

My chins have deflated
Am I elated?
With the loss of the sixtieth pound?
Sure!
But my “empty” skin hangs almost to the ground!!!

IT'S NICE TO BE MISSED!

GOSH, I ALMOST  LIKE I EASEDROPPED ON MY OWN FUNERAL!  THANKS FOR ALL THE NICE THINGS ALL YOU HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT ME!  I'VE MISSED ALL OF YOU, TOO. 

  

I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT, AND I'VE GOT REALLY GOOD NEWS TO TELL ALL OF YOU.  I'M DOWN TO 127.5, AND I'M REALLY TRYING TO HARD TO HANG ON TO THAT WEIGHT LOSS.  IT SURE HAS BEEN AN UP AND DOWN SUMMER ON THE SCALE! 

  

STARTING WEDNESDAY I'LL HOPEFULLY BE POSTING MORE SINCE I SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER AT WORK. 

  

I HAVE BEEN DOING 10 OMC MINUTES EACH DAY...AND AT HOME I'VE BEEN USING THE LESLIE SANSONE 3 MILE ALMOST EVERYDAY.  AT THE CABIN I'VE USUALLY GOINGUP AND DOWN THOSE 29 STEPS!

Geeze girl I hadn't thought of it that way.....your own funeral!!!!!!!!!!! That's great that you are down to 127.5. Good job of doing 10 OMC minutes each day and doing the Leslie Sansone 3 miles too. Your cabin sounds devine. Whereabouts is it out there?  I must admit I sure wish we had one to pop off to on weekends......ah but then there'd be another house for me to clean so I guess I don't want one that badly (((((((smiling))))))))))) 

  

It will be nice when you have use of a computer more often.
