Quote From: puptentMy night was better than yours in that I wasn't in pain -- but I didn't get much sleep. I woke up at 1 because I thought our car had been hit but it wasn't -- it was just some idiot looking for an address that didn't exist and he kept beeping his horn...Then he leaves and I go back to bed to my dog crying and whining. I finally figured out which dog it was (we have two and she'd stop as soon I got up but start as soon as I laid down!) and figured out that she was upset cause her brother was sleeping in her spot at the foot of the bed! <She is in the new picture... <<<<< Then I fall sleep and my daughter wakes up crying -- I changed her diaper, cuddled with her, went to the bathroom myself, gave her a new bottle and went back to bed for an hour and then my son was up at 6AM for the day! I took a 3 hour nap today since hubby was home but I didn't feel refreshed when I woke up especially after I saw what the kids had gotten into under his watch! ;-)
I hope since you are not on that you are having a more restful sleep tonight. The mask must be a royal pain sometimes...
Well I am gonna try and sleep as I am home all week with the little ones by myself while hubby is at work cause the older two are at their mom's house this week. See you later.

Dogs are great aren't they. I have one very spoiled dog and 5 cats. Actually 3 of the cats are mine and the other 2 are my son's - we are taking care of them until he finds another place that takes cats. He moved out of his place last December and moved in with a friend temporarily until he could save some money; but he was supposed to get his own place again last January. Here it is August and we still have his cats. He comes up to visit them every few weeks, so that is a nice way to get him to come up - hold his cats ransom.
Our dog is a border collie/Sheppard mix, with several bits and pieces of other breeds in the mix. She is a very happy, loving and smart, premadonna. She sleeps on the floor next to my husband - that sounds strange - no my husband doesn't sleep on the floor. :)
Today has been a really bad day fibro-wise. Typically after a night or two of poor sleep I flair, but today was really awful. I've been in nearly unmanageable pain. Tonight I'm hoping to get to sleep early (for me) - so as soon as my drugs kick in I'm going to bed. Maybe part of the reason for the bad flair is because of the chocolate I have been eating the last couple of days. I swear, one of these days I'll realize that the payoff for a poor diet just isn't worth it!
Tomorrow is a recuperation day but I'm hoping to be over this flair enough to treadmill some.
I hope you are doing well, Take Care,
Karen
