/An easier way to find "Phil to the 7th Power"/

Here's what Marion had to say from "Maximizing..."  I know this works because I just tried it.

Here is a much easier way to get there.

Click on MESSAGE BOARDS at top of this page.

Click on WEIGHT LOSS MEMBER DISCUSSIONS

It will come up with all the message boards and Phil to the 7th is about 3/4 of the way down the second page.

Thanks, Marion!

Hi andiepie,

I'll come and post on the 7th Power board soon...I remember liking it long ago. Hope you're doing well. I did half an hour of cardio this evening and so am feeling pretty good.

Good for you walking by that snack machine. The summer went by quickly. We got some flooding up in the northeast this past weekend from "Hannah" and had to "batten down the hatches", although I got out to a Yoga class before the heavy rain started. Sunday I met my niece in Manhattan for brunch and the only exercise I got was walking from the subway, but I enjoyed it! This week I'm resolved to work out a couple of times...been rather lax and feeling "soft".

Guess I should plan what to bring to work for lunch tomorrow...works out much better than buying it, healthwise as well as economically. Do you bring your lunch to work?

I do bring my lunch to work because the other choices on campus have too many calories.  It also saves me money.

I'd love to see you over at "Phil to the 7th"!  Sometimes it seems like a struggle to keep these small boards breathing, but I think the small boards are important.  I have had some others post, so it really does "Pay to advertise".

I kind of whimped out tonight--only did 15 minutes.  Back to work, and my back is doing me in.

Flat Abs

I have been working out and walking for sometime now  I also have gone to cutting my meals in half but no matter how many crunches or abdominal exercises I do I can't flatten my abs. I would also like to get past this platue of weight I'm stuck at. Does anyone have any foolproof ab flattening exercises?

Bluestar--Last night while I was on this web site, I decided to see if there was a little board on maintaining weight loss.  There is!  It's called "Maintaining Your Weight".  It looks like it's "barely breathing" , but I think I'll post ot it now and then.  Who knows?  Maybe I'll learn other things about how to stay where I am.

So I thought I'd let you know about it, too.

There's only so much room on "My Favorites" list, but I thought if I just post in two places each day, I can keep my post to "Maintaining Your Weight" on the other list.  That way it won't be so hard to find.

I would like to get into your talk program - I don't even know how I got here but I am pushing buttons eveyrwhere.  I would like to get in with a support group on losing weight of about 20 lbs.  How do I go about doing that - can you email me at RobertsHelena@aol.com

See if you can find Lori Dean's video "Burn and Firm in 30 Minutes".  She has a section at the end on crunches, and they should definitely help.   From my personal experience, don't eat anything before you do that exercise tape..but do drink water!

I'm emailing you on how to get to "Phil to the 7th Power".  The directions should also work for this board which is called "20 Lbs Or Less?  Resolved To Take It Off?"

One is start small--10 minutes of any kind of exercise is way better than none.

Two is reward yourself for exercising; I put a sticker on my calendar for every day I exercise.

Hope that will help.
