Topic : 07/06 “Call it Off!”

This has absolutely nothing to do with the subject of the show.   Not quite sure why you even felt the need to share this info??? 

Mind blowing sex is not love, mind blowing sex is not the only thing a healthy marriage needs.  For all we know our 19 year old and 30 year old engaged couple are having "mind blowing sex" too - that certainly wouldn't help make them any more ready for marriage - they need all the help Dr. Phil can give them, and then some.   

Actually to restate that, When Jeremy and I first got together we had awesome sex but i was still really young (too young) So I didn't have as much experience therefore couldn't really enjoy it as much as I can now.  Shortly after we started dating I got pregnant with my first child so sex soon became very uncomfortable.  During I gained a lot of weight (which took me 3 years to loose) so after I gave birth it was very uncomfortable because I felt ugly and very disgusted with myself.  When I was still heavy I got pregnant again except I lost 15 lbs while I was pregnant.  Anyway I still felt uncomfortable with myself and our relationship was still bad(so there was still no connection).  Until just recently I was able to feel better about my self after counseling and realized that I needed to start becoming much closer to my husband.  We sat down and I cried and cried.  We had a heart to heart on what we had been through together and how he had treated me.  After you get treated so badly you get a really low self esteem and that takes a while to get back again.  Therefore we have become much closer and it is far easier to connect to each other in the bedroom area.   When the communication between one another improves so can a lot of other things.
