Topic : 05/03 Lay Down the Law

These people are playing moral police. So what if mom dates. I wish her luck! Perhaps she'll be able to find somebody who will make this family strong and complete and get away from the ex-in-laws. If they've not been able to have the child removed prior to this, then how can they say this child is in danger?

My hat's off to mom. She's handling herself very well. Shame on them for their self-righteous, judgemental behavior.

The grandparents on this show are completely out-of-line.  If all this stuff they are spewing was true, CPS would have done something about it a LONG time ago.  These people keep talking about how this girl is a drug addict, and that they said they saw drug paraphernalia in her house...   why didn't they call the police right then?  They are from the state of California and it is illegal in that state to have drug paraphernalia in your house.  If they TRULY saw those things, then they had a DUTY to report it to the police, but they did nothing.  Hence, I think 99% of what they are saying is B.S. and MINIMALLY, completely unsubtiated.  They might think they are making her look bad on nationwide TV, but as far as I'm concerned, they are the ones who came out looking loony!

This mother-in-law from hell can sure turn on the tears when she needs to. The father-in-law is an angry person...nasty, nasty, nasty!

Michelle IS the mother of these children and the in-laws forget it is their druggie son who is responsible for the family being without money and in this position they find themselves in.

If I was Michelle I would simply tell them to take a hike.....especially after being dragged onto the show today. What are they goin to do?  Burn her house down? I think not. Do not let them inside the house and keep strict tabs on the kids as to who is running stories to the grandparents.

If I had in-laws like that...and if I was in similar position...I can tell you someone's butt would be burning already.

I find it very interesting that Randy gets absolutely outraged when he thinks he or his wife are being interrupted.  However, that jerk starts shouting the second Michele, her friend or even DR PHIL open their mouths. Dr. Phil even threatened to throw him off the stage he has such a big nasty mouth.

I think Randy and his wife are angry, mean spirited people who do not know how to relax and enjoy life.  It is obvious that those two people blame Michele for their son being in jail.  Their allegations about Michele are too bizarre.  If one ounce of what they said was true then those children would have been taken away from their mother.  Michelle has been investigated numerous times by CPS who have interviewed the children and have found none of the allegations to be substantiated. 

I believe it is in the children's best interrest that they NOT see those "grand parents" because I absolutely believe that they bad mouth Michelle to the children and will continue to do so.

SHAME ON THEM!!!!

I am very surprised that Dr. Phil let Michele's ex in-laws continuious attack Michele.  The father stated just now, that he always tried to be nice to Michele and bring her into the family and show her what normal is - ok right!  The way he acted, you can tell he has anger issues and you are usually more demure when in public, he was blasting Michele and then her friend before her friend could get more than two words out. 

He called Michele and slut, whore, prostitute, then he called her and her friend lesbians.  She isn't going to be having men in and out of the house if she's a lesbian.  HELLO!  The ex in-laws were just making stuff up as they went along.  Dr. Phil should have shut them down for a few minutes.  I am glad MIchelle walked off, I would have too.  I was so angry and frustrated for her.

Sometimes in-laws have a problem with anyone marrying their child and it seems that way here.  I know the father of the child is not in the picture, Michele has been taking care of her children without support.  Michele you go girl!
