Hi Mindi

I've had several friends who were ministers and being a minister, wife, or child can be hard. The standards others try to set for you can be irritating and leave you with some emotional baggage to deal with.  I hope you can resolve this with keys 1 and 2. Of course I may I not have guessed right or maybe I did.

Take care,

Joe.

Good Morning All

Congratulations to all who have posted losses! I intend to join your ranks next Monday!! To those who have stayed the same or gained, if you know you didn't follow program, then you know why you have the results you have. Even if you did follow program, sometimes our body just needs time to catch up. Don't forget it's doing lots of internal repair work with the healthy foods it's now receiving!

Have a great day!

Hugs

want to share a story with you

I meant to tell you this yesterday but I was so tired I forgot...When I was out shooting yesterday, a woman and her husband joined in our group, and she was so tiny, about 120 pounds and about my height 5'8...I told my DH look at her, she's about my age and in the hour she was shooting with us I watched her drink 3 Dr Peppers..Anyway, she started talking to me about shooting and stuff and I mentioned to her that I wished I could drink soda like that and stay slim, and she told me the way she stayed slim was by only eating 1 meal a day so she could drink all the Dr Pepper she wanted and didn't gain any weight...Well, I found out from another shooter later in the day that, that woman was NOT my age, (DH thought she looked older them me) she was only 27 years old, but I swear the woman looked in her mid to late 40's....my DH said see, that's what happens when you starve yourself, and don't eat healthy..Boy was he right on the money...Just wanted to share that with all those that think that eating to little food is ok.

Thanks for sharing that Ladean.  That was me not too long ago. I would drink about 6 can a day.  But somehow I never gained weight.  Then of course it started catching up to me when I actually started eating 2-3 meals a day.  It's amazing what those drinks can do for you.  Anyway, thanks for sharing it...I will think about that next time begin to think about popping one open....notice I said begin to think....I didn't say that I would!! :):)  WHOO HOO!!!  On the step to weight loss already!! :):):)

Hugs,
