My one goal this week is to do my exercise. It's nice out today so I'm going for a walk shortly, and then will do weights later.

You just went shopping with me if you didn't know it.... 

  

I thought of you in the frozen fish section....Ok, I was making an aaack sound as I picked up frozen fish.....but I thought this for my weekly goal!!! I have salmon, tuna to try and Tilapia...I do like that ...I will try some differnet spices...I hope the grill helps me appreciate fish.....aaack...sorry, it happened again..... 

  

I bought lots of good (in fact all were healthy good choices!)...I brought everything back to work..so I stocked up my lunchtime stuff at the studio...and will take my other groceries home after work....

My Lesson of the week....

Must keep menus planned, when I get behind on planning....I have problems staying on course...I am supposed to be a free spirited artist type...but man do I love structure...LOL 

  

It makes sense to need to same structure for meals...I just realized that one!! 

  

Yesterday, after I had 2 cookies at work..(I then got mad and through the container away!)..my stomach bothered me....I really think my body is estatic with this change of diet, way of life...seems so much happier...if I stray much, my stomach really lets me know it......my body is def. fighting to keep this way of life....amazing since a few weeks ago, I was in the grips of caffiene withdrawal... 

  

Oh goody, boss just pulled up with 40 more bags of mulch...I think I have my IE in for the day...LOL

You did good girl..Yes planning is a huge key in losing weight, the saying you can't eat what you don't have works both ways, you can't eat junk food if you don't have it...And you can't eat healthy if you don't have it..So planning is very Important....Good Job!!! By the way I had a great time shopping with you today LOL

UGH

 No IE for me today, and most likely none tomorrow either :(  I guess you could say I did plenty of exercise today, but none of it was intentional!!  I had 8 hours of restraint training, where we restrain each other, and my partner is a foot taller than me and outweighs me by 140 pounds!!  I think it should count for something LOL  Anyway I am so bruised and brush burned that it hurts to even bend my knees and walk, so it would be agony to do much.  Plus the rest of my muscles will be sore after I sleep later, that's always what happens.  Usually bad for 2 days and then just a bit sore, but manageable for a couple more :)

DH and I are going to a benefit dinner tonight, where they are serving gumbo.  Does anyone know if that can be healthy at all??  I've never had it before or even seen it I don't think!

Wrestled the PC off DH,sent him to bed.LOL.Hi everyone running a bath so had a quick read of to days posts.Went to a later Class at the sport school to night Body Combat I love it,its an hour long.Did 30 Min's biking after so have well and truly done my IE today.Sorry to hear that there are some bugs about and hope you all get better soon.Going to dive into my bath,then bed and book for me.....Take care all.....Debbie

 Wow, you actually sort of look like I pictured...the dark curly hair anyway.  I just love to see what people look like LOL   I will email my bio from work tonight~
