ooooh, but I was so nervous!  He is so nice and he likes the kids, too.  We have so much in common and I just am glad that I met him.  We are going out again on Saturday.  How was your day?  I hope that you did enjoy things today.  I have got to go to bed.

yeah i have choir...  i even have it today.....  don't talk about it dcause i get in there and the breathing correctly takes so much it is hard for me to sing right so a lot of the time i just mouth the words.  don't really have anything to say about choir except i am messing up me being able to do my most favorite thing singing.  takes al ot of energy to really sing.... so i get frustrated osmetimet thinking about choir and in voice classes i am messing up so bad with evertying so yeah........  i still love it but well yeah.....  ummmm peanut butter don't really know why i said it......  guess i just felt like saying peanut butter..... i don't know......  don't know much of anything........

I was just really confused.  You know a lot of things, you are just overwhelmed with your ed, and the guilt, shame, and devastation that come with it. Beating yourself up never helps.  You will never get a positive result from a negative action.  You will just end up dragging yourself further down.  That must be really hard not to be able to sing.  Maybe you should abandon the breathing correctly part and put your heart and soul into just singing.  Science has proven that singing does heal the soul!

i do sing from my spirit but well yeah.........  i try to forget the breathing but still takes a lot to sing...... singing is one thing that brings so much joy to me.......  yeah so yeah

I am interested in biofeedback and brain mapping, so I can say with 100% certainty that God is right about singing. 

What are you going to do about the fact that you're slipping away?  You don't have to answer me.  The important thing is that you answer it for yourself.  You are the only persone who can stop the process.  You can do it.  I know you can.  God has plans for you, but this suffering and losing yourself isn't one of them.  I have been praying for you and I will continue to.  I will also be here for you.  O.K.?

i don't know what i can do.......... maybe just keep slipping away........ sometimes it seems better there when i'm gone and don't know where i went..........  sometimes it's not just depends on wht part of it i am in..........  i know this isn't God's plan.............  i know i am the only one who can stop it but you can'dt stop something you don't know how..........
