It has been 9 days for me and feeling great. I had an awful weekend. I went to the park on Friday to play with my children as I was playing tag once again. I lost my breathe oh it took so long to get it back thought I was gonna die. When I had actually got my breath back I went to walk I had got this sharp pain in my leg I looked at it and I must have gotten a blood clot in my leg or something I have this huge bruise looking thing on my leg. I will be going to the doctor today. I am so worried about what happened to my leg. Really has me nervous. The nerves I have right now usually I would be smoking double the amount. These health problems are a wake up call. So not even once have I thought of smoking. Just hating the smoking more. Oh and on Sunday I fell down the stairs all the way down on my back. It hurt like hell and cried like a baby. And then I laughed my ass off afterwords. I found it funny. I'm OK!

Hi Beverly,
Whoa, you got some things going on. I use to get those sharp pains in my chest too, when I was doing something out of the ordinary. My guess on your legs is something they called fleabutious, I have a sister-n-law with that, and it is painful. I'm no doctor, just thinking of what it could be.
Then falling down the stairs, you where really lucky that you didn't break something, or hurt yourself really bad. It seems we have days that a wall will jump at in front of us..... But to laugh it off, good for you, make a bad situation something funny.
Reminds me of a time, when our daughter was graduating from college. The morning of graduation, all the family, my ex, and my ex mother-n-law about 15 people, well coming down the steps, my foot slide on the edge of cement step, and bump, bump bump on my butt coming down to one of the stairways in the huge auditorium. I couldn't stop, till I got to the bottom about 5 or 6 cement steps. I couldn't feel no pain, I was soooooooo embarrassed, everybody comes running to you, are you alright, yes, yes yes, just thinking I must be getting older now I am falling, good thing I had on a pants set, instead of a dress. All these cute college kids everywhere, and there's a little lady that fell in isle 4. (ME, I was only 44).
Little later my butt was a little tender from going bump, bump, bump. But all went well, and our daughter graduated with honors, with her bachelors. At the end of this month, she will be getting her masters. I'll be watching my footing.
Hope you are doing good on the smoking. Love your icon .
