Dear lablefree,I am pretty new at the depression board but I can sure tell there are alot of woman worried,confused and hurt there from your leaving.Now I know it's none of my business,but you really need to read the letter from   terrielm    We all make mistakes and sometimes need forgiveness.Without this the world would be just a dark place to live in.Give your girls a chance.I know she is sorry for any misunderstanding and really missing chatting with you.God says "forgive and you will be forgiven by Him"Please come on back and chat.You were always an uplift to my problems.You made me smile.I'm not really depressed anymore either,just something the devil tried to trick me with.You are truly missed and my prayers go out to you.I was also abused at a very young age.I gave it to God along with my thousand other issues and He sure has pulled me through.Take care,enjoy life and most of all be happy!!!!!   God Bless Debbie

I do believe the one you are questioning I was addressing to moderators.  I guess I didnt make that clear as I was quite confused over the whole thing.  It seems to be resolved now so I will hush up but first I want to say THANK YOU!   (thats to the moderators too  ;)  

  

  

be greater than the previous ones.  Dr. Phil is a straight shooter who tells it like it is.  He does not sugar coat anything!  Really why should he?  For effect?  I really do not think so.  He is a genius and if you take the time and read his book and pay attention to his words and apply his techniques YOUR LIFE CAN AND WILL CHANGE FOR THE better.  Mine did.  I had so many years of therapy.  I had so many years of searching.  All I ever needed was those 304 pages. 

  

Let me try to lay it out a little simpler for you so you can get it.  Did you ever go to a therapist really wanting answers.  You go with high hopes maybe this time..Maybe you even tried a few therapist because you didn't jive with one or two.  Okay  when you walked in the therapist off ice hoping against hope that this time would be it and you get into the SAME conversation looking for answers as to the WHYS OF LIFE then the therapist says something like  "I'm not sure WHY DO YOU THINK THAT is?  Really all the answers are within you!!!! Doesn't that tick you off?  Well this book LIFE STRATEGIES IS NOT LIKE THAT! It gives you clues and reasons about your original family and how their is webs and I have to warn you your gonna CRY BIG TIME. 

  

WELL at least I did for weeks.  At a very primal level.  This book spoke the truth to me.  I hope it does to you as well.  It will help you grow.  I only wish The Good Dr. wrote it like 10 years ago!

Hey, mussymel, what are you up to?  I have been wondering this weekend about oreo and how she is doing with her dad.  Poor kid.  I wish she'd just stay at her dad's and not go back to her step dad, to hell with him.  And momisme2~I hope she still has her sanity after her visitors leave.  lol  With the time difference it is probably the middle of the night for you, so hope there is sunshine tomorrow for you.  :)
