Looking for weight loss buddies to help me stay motivated. Could go to gym or walk together. Give moral support to one another in achieving the ultimate life style change.

Hi NascarJen.

I just found this board about weightloss buddies.  I havn't been on this message board in awhile but love the new look.

I live in Sandy.  I currently have a plan to get rid of these extra 75 lbs. to get healthy and fit.  Get back to that ME I miss from so long ago.  Okay, I let myself go but trying to change things.

I am just walking with my dogs a couple of times a week and hope to incorporate some of my dvd workouts.  So, far it's a slow process.  I hope you have had success.  Good Luck.

Hi I live in West Valley kind of close to Kerns I am also looking for some online support to help me get this 65 pounds off and also learn how to eat better and maybe even some how help my husband lose the weight he needs to as well so any suggestions or anything would be appreciated thanks

Needin ta lose over 200 pounds

Hello fellow new living lifestyle enthusiast's.  My name is John and I live in Ogden, Weber County.  Born in Arkansas as was my wife.  She too needs to lose some weight, but she's very ill now and I'm not sure about how she could handle both.  I'm a 100% disabled veteran of both the wars in Vietnam and Kuwait.  I served 17.5 years before my illnesses(plural) set in to such a degree that I had to be released early.  I weighed 187 pounds when I was released and I've gained over the years to a whopping 381.7 lbs now.  I'm following a Diabetic Diet, yes I'm type II, and I am an ardent swimmer.

I am looking also for buddies in Springville area. I am needing to lose for my own health. IT would be so much more fun to do with others that understand how I feel.

I am looking for someone to buddy up with here in Springville.  I am 58 years old and have a series of health issues that will get much better when I am able to lose the weight.  I currently cannot walk very far, but am seeing a foot doctor on friday and hope to remedy that.  What's your story?

I am a 39 year old female, that has about 150pounds to lose. I just had surgery and have been trying to watch what I eat because I cant exercise right at this time. But I can start again in 4 weeks. I am ready to lose. I was higher in weight before surgery but am down 10 pounds since my surgery. ttyl

I'm a 32 year old female and looking for a buddy. I live in Mapleton which is close to Springville. Grats on the weight loss.
