Hi, I'm looking for some weight loss buddies in Knoxville to exercise with and lend each other moral support.  I need to lose 100+ pounds.  I am a member of CourtSouth and my fiance and I used to work out there together, but lately he's busy working and I don't have much motivation to go myself.  I also would be happy to meet someone to go walking at one of the local parks or trails.  I just need to get out and start doing something!!!  Anyone out there in a similar situation?

Hi! I have seen different postings for TN from several areas,some from small towns and it got me to thinking- what if we banned together to show Dr. Phil that TN pride is here and we can do this better then any other state!!!!

So, how about it? Are all Tennesseans on board? Let's create an email/phone group that can encourage,hold each other accountable,share ideas,etc! We can keep track of our total weight loss,share ideas,struggles,laugh together,probably shed a few tears along the way but we whatever we do and share we can do and share together and get it done once and for all!!

I want to lose at least 60 lbs.  I have a membership at the YMCA but haven't been going. I would love to have some exercise partners! I have been pretty sedentary the last 3 years except for swing dancing, which I love. I gained a lot of weight 3 years ago on a combination of  medication and not being active. I live in the West Knox area.
