(Original Air Date: 09/13/07) The saga continues, as Dr. Phil brings you more of the affair that shattered the lives of a husband and wife and her best friend and parents. One year into his marriage, Brandon was caught cheating on his wife, Amy, with their teenage nanny. After fearing for her life, Amy filed a restraining order against Brandon, and he filed for divorce. But, their separation didn't last long. Amy decided to let Brandon back into her life, much to the dismay of her best friend, Heidi, and her parents, Cyndie and Mont. Why does Cyndie say she's scared of Brandon, and why does Mont say he doesn't believe a word Brandon says? Then, how are the kids faring during all of this chaos in the home? Heidi and Cyndie say they worry Brandon's discipline is over the top, but he says he's a loving father. What does Amy have to say? And, why does Dr. Phil question Brandon's sincerity to change? Is there hope this couple can save their marriage or should they call it quits once and for all? Tell us what you think!

There ARE problems...but couldn't the two of them go to work on their relationshiip ALONE??????? The red-head is a pain in the ass...and I have no idea why she's being asked her advice time and time again!

I so agree. Why does it matter what Heidi wants, needs or requires here? Where is her husband? Where is her family? Why is she on the stage and not in the audience or on a video tape? I've never seen Dr. Phil allow a 3rd party so much input into a marriage. Dr. Phil dropped the ball this time. I couldn't even analyze Brandon's behavior because I was so disturbed about Heidi's input and presence.

AND HEIDI JUST NEEDS TO GET HER OWN DAMN LIFE, so she doesn't have to run someone else's.

You are exactly right and my thoughts exactly I have and had major issues with her bestfriend and something is going on there.

The Nosy Neighbor

Brandon may be slippery and not completely straightforward, but Heidi the neighbor is NASTY! She seems to be working from some kind of agenda to break up the marriage. It is amazing that she has somehow acquired the ability to impose herself into this marriage. And while her comments and accusations about Brandon may or may not have elements of truth, they are certainly not helpful to this delicate situation. She probably has a lot of personal issues of her own she should be working on. Dr. Phil in his closing should have been direct and told her in no uncertain terms to butt out. Amy can have any number of girlfriends throughout her life but the children will have only one father. Whether they get back together remains to be seen, but that neighbor's publicly disparaging Brandon is permanently harmful to the family.

Get rid of Heidi

Heidi's motives are unclear and she is the master manipulator. The only way the repair can start is for Heidi to butt out and move away. Otherwise she will always be the wedge. She wants to be Amy's best friend. Why does she demand so much position in the family when she has nothing to do with it except what Amy is allowing to get involved. When HEidi is gone, there is hope with the professionals.

I was hoping that some comment whould have been made about her over involvemement in this situation. She is a burr in the saddle and whe will always let herself bve know unless she is told to get out of town. I hope you do a show on Heidi.

As to whose married to who--did they ever really have anything remotely resembling a "marriage" Brandon was sooooo creepy he had a "reasonable" explanation for everything including child abuse, I hope someone recognizes them and gets social services involved so the children have an advocate.

Heidi is NO friend...you don't kick someone when they are down and need your support the most. She is toxic and very sick herself and clearly has a thing for Brandon which is why she doesn't want them back together.

Why is this beautiful woman standing by a man , Brandon who is obviously all for one HIMSELF>>>>> This is the type of man who ends up murdering someone..... Amy don't stay with a man who doesn't love you... If this is love why would anyone want any part of a maniac like Brandon..... All Brandon wants is the significance of being on Television... I see his self esteem at the lowest level... Please Dr.Phil send Amy to a mental hospital she needs help to stay away from an abusive life. Why does she want to remain as a victim????

I have only watched the first show. I will be watching the 2nd part tonight. but honestly i think that the wife is blinded by the love she has for her husband. he isn't going to change in a short time. she is also teaching her children that its o.k. to put up with kind of behavior. this is all i am going to write 4 now, but i will definately write more once i watch 2nights show.!!

Is this woman so desparate that she thinks she needs to stay with this guy? You can clearly see he side steps every question. He lies about everything, and I beleive the mother in law is correct in saying he has a dark side. I have two words to sum him up! SCOTT PETERSEN

Are we suprised?How many amy's do we all know? and Brandon's too? It typically seems that we can write the script before the show ends with few details when it comes to topics of this nature.
