What a loser!

i think this person has absolutely NO morals. i hope that he really does think about what he has put his daughter through. i dont think im sorry i messed up will work for him.

In situations like this,when someone tries to connect with someone like Jerry who obviously checked out of Kayla's life years ago, things don't always go well. I'm not defending Jerry,don't get me wrong. But,Kayla can't expect too much out of him-he ain't capable of giving.

Jerry is a loser, but to alot of things.  He lost out on family, marriage, his children.  He also lost out on his self.  He's given his whole life to alcohol and drugs and has made that his focus.  When he gave into that, he stopped living a life that mattered.  He's not the same person and even though Kayla met him for the first time really, the man she seen was not the man he ever use to be.  That person is gone and will never be known again.  I'm angry with Jerry for how he's done his chiildren and not parenting them.  He can't change what has happened, but he agreed to meet with Kayla about his leaving and it was a smack in the face for him to do that with telling all but the truth. He confused that with lies and she sure didn't deserve that as part of her understanding of the truth. It is ugly enough as it is,but he at least owed her that. I can't help but wonder if he intentually lied or is so messed up in his head that he also believed the things he said.  It was pointless to argue facts with him since I don't think he knows the facts really.  I hope though that Kayla was able to release alot of the anger and all that she has towards him.  She deserves to heal in spite of him helping with that or not.  He told her life was too short to live unhappy and even though that's agreeable, I can't help but wonder how life has to be even shorter to live so empty.

Here in Canada the family court laws force a man to pay out so much money to the first wife a second family is in big trouble. Child support laws based on only one parent have 100% of the access. In Ontario the family courts are pushing many people to killing themselves.

Ontario is not changing a thing and even though the Supreme Court ruled the child support guidelines are out to lunch nothing changed. I raised my three kids without a penny coming from the mother and our courts here in Ontario are so corrupt I never even bothered talking here to court.

I can understand his actions and it doesn't mean he doesn't love his daughter. The courts just don't get it!!

Run Hobo run!!!

My ex-husband was a hobo dad.  My former sister-in-law thought my ex was on the run from the law thinking that he had stolen funds from the casino where he had worked.  When she found out the secrecy no address and telephone number was to avoid child support she couldn't believe it.

 

These hobo dads don't have a foot to stand on because they send nothing.  Children live in that nothing vacuum that they create and they are emotionally scared and hurt for life.  If I had it to do all over again, I think I would fake being financially supported by the ex and would let my daughter know the truth when she was older and able to grasp that it is not the child that has done something wrong but a pathetic excuse of a man that leaves his child, his blood without food, water, shelter, and his love.

This man is like my ex husband.He ran away from his daughter when she was newborn and hasn't seen her since she was 4 months old.Now she is 1,5 year old.And he is ARAB.Muslim.Muslims are known to put family life and kids as very important.But him, no.He doesn't act like an arab or muslim at all.He left cause he got residence in Sweden and then he didn't neet me or his kid anymore.
