Since Britney Spears and Kevin Federline split, the pop star's troubles have played out in the tabloids -- photographs at Hollywood hotspots with Paris Hilton, partying without panties, impulsively shaving her head, raging at a car with an umbrella, and spending a month in rehab.  Last month, the judge ordered the pop star to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week as part of her ongoing custody battle with Federline.  Then what was supposed to be a comeback MTV Video Music Awards performance made Britney the butt of endless jokes, and the following week, her management firm dropped her and her divorce attorney resigned.  And on Monday, Britney hit rock bottom when she was ordered to temporarily relinquish physical custody of her children to Federline by a judge who had cited a troubling lifestyle fueled by drugs and alcohol.  Could Britney be at risk for suicide?  Plus, Dr. Phil will share insight into the Britney story from the inside. I am so sickened at the parenting of Britney. I actually feel sorry for her. Im sure many people have advised her that she shouldn't be acting the way she has. But, I dont know if anyone really sat down face to face and just broke it down barney style. I wish that I could go to her house in Malibu (that's where it is right?) and talk to her alone. THEN, bring the children into the meeting and tell her what a blessing it is to have them. I believe kids depend more on their mothers because they  feel the safest with them. Even since she has been acting the way she has, they probably look at her without judgement.  My children are so happy. We dont have alot of money, we dont have alot of problems. We have what every struggling family has. Even though we dont have financial freedom, we make up for it in other ways. Something as simple as watching Sesame Street together and talking about it... Or, playing a board game or painting a picture. That is all her sons need right now, their mommy. She needs to realize that these beautiful boys are a part of her. Without her, they wouldnt exist. She needs to be proud of that. Im sure that it is expensive to raise two children in Hollywood, but, I definitely could do a good job even without that money. I feel sadened by this whole situation. Im just a normal woman, living a normal life. I would love to help her out the best way I can.
If Brittany's problems are going to be the blame of her parents, then shouldn't they be credited for the parenting of Jamie Lynn?

It the only thing you can disagree with is my spelling, then I still must have got my point across.  Thank you for being so diligent in picking up the spelling errors of other people.  Where would we be without you?

I agree with you so very much!  Everyone is putting her under a microscope and nothing said about Kevin!!  Get real people!!!  There is always a mommy and a daddy.  The problem with this daddy is his alimony is ready to expire and NOW  I think he is in it for the money and not the children!!  Where was he when all of this first started happening?  The public has spoke about how bad a parent Britany is, but what kind of daddy is Keven?  He is using HIS OWN children as cash cows.  PLEASE!! I know I am not the only one who has that concern about the children.  So far all we have seen of him is been carefully chosen to show him in a possitive light.  What happens when the light goes out and he is shown for what he really is.  KEVIN IS CONCERNED FOR THE MONEY NOT THE CHILDREN!!!  He is no angel and I would really hate to see the skeletons in his closet!

I definitely think that Ms. Spears in heading down the same path as Anna Nicole.  Her and Kevin's children are going to be put in the public's eye from now on.  Like Anna, drugs and alcohol ruled her life.  Now her mother wants to step in and again, with big stars, the dollar signs are running her through her mind.  I think that Anna's mom is no better than Keven because it is obivious the money is a big factor.  Anna broke ties with her mother and wanted her children to have nothing to do with her.  If Britney keeps on the destructive path as Anna did, she will surely end up like Anna.  No one has stepped in to do anything to help either one of them, and where are they now?  Only people that have positive effects on Britney.

Thank you!  I to am sick of hearing about the "stars" and their big big problems.  Yes, we all have lives and problems which we need to deal withourselves; why are these brats considered more special than anyone else?  She created her problems-let HER own up to them and (cough) take responsibility.  Yes, let her be ACCOUNTABLE and use her own resources to solve the mess she got herself into.  Enough air time already for these losers!!!

That Britney really needs help for her drugs and her aparent mental problems she has been showing here lately. She is an unfit parent indangering those boys lives. K-fed has really cleaned up his act and the kids are better off with him at this point. The only reason those kids wasn't removed sooner is because of who she is. If it had been an everyday Jane or Jo those kids would have been removed a long time ago. I get tired of seeing her on tv making an idoit out of herself week after week. The sad thing is a lot of girls liked her music my daughter included. What turned my daughter away was that lesbian kiss with Madoona. Then with all this recent stuff that has come out I am glad my child no longer likes her. I think Britney is bad for the girls of today.

I think that we all worry that Britney is on a path of destruction.  I think it wasn't so far off base to talk about post "mortem" instead of post "partum."  I found it to be an interesting slip.  We all pray that she doesn't end up like Anna Nicole or Marilyn.  Yes you got your point across- LOUD and CLEAR!

Britney is in serious trouble.  Somebody should take her someplace where they can figuratively, not literally, take her across their knee and give her a good spanking in regards to her personal behavior and for neglecting her children.  Someone should do an intervention on her.
