Topic : 10/17 Sexual Predators?

 Throughout history, man (and in some cases women) have abused children. We call ourselves civilized, yet this horrible practice still goes on today. When will it end?

I have written a book about a terrible case of child abuse here in Canada. Byron Prior is the oldest of 12 children. He is now in his '50s, but when he was just 4 years old, he was molested by his own mother. Byron had to watch as each child was either abused by her, one of her many paramors - or both.

The sexual predators included not only men from the local fishing community, but also a Salvation Army officer, a prominent businessman and even a Supreme Court judge. Any wonder that none of the accuesed have ever been brought to trial to face charges, let alone spend one moment in jail?

In the small town where Byron lived in Newfoundland, those prominent people ran the show and even today, no one will take him seriously. Thus he is still fighting for justice, even spending many months on Parliament Hill in Ottawa with signs that actually name the judge who raped and impregnated one of his younger sisters so many years ago when she was very young. Yet, Byron has not been charged. Hello!

The real problem is twofold. First of all, the courts are far too lenient on sexual predators. The police can get them to court, but there is nothing they can do about the ridiculous sentences that are handed out. Rob a bank and you get 10 years; abuse a child and you might get 2 years, less a day (with 1/3 off for good behavior). That is criminal!

The second problem has to do with treatment, which is woefully inadequate. These types of people have serious issues (usually stemming from some kind of abuse forced on them early in their lives) and resolving those issues takes time. Add that to a short time being held behind bars and you can be sure that the predator will be back on the streets ready and able to commit this crime over and over again.

I was raped at 15 and I also have a daughter who was abused by a stepfather. I can tell you that the man who took advantage of my trusting little girl does not - to this day - believe he did anything wrong. He abused young girls before her and also after her, and has been in jail a few times. Nonetheless, he feels he hasn't hurt any of them.

In a predator's mind, he is being loving and nice - warped I know, but that's how they think. They think the kids actually enjoy it. Well, perhaps physically some do, but the affect on the mind is horrible. They feel used, dirty, not worth the dust under anyone's feet and it can take their lifetime to get over it - if they ever do.

Child predators should be punished as same as 1st degree murder. 

They have a disease that can't cure it.  We can't put them back to the society because they will do it again.  The victims  are the one who will become affected mentally scar for rest of their life and will not have normal life.  We need to be tough on the law for child molesters.

  Dr.Phil this is urgent! as of 10/15/07 my lawyer informed me my ex husband was being bought up on 11 counts of incest and criminal charges by my daughter. I am trying to desperately get a hold of you immediately for my children need saving. They need to come home. We need you!PLEASE. The State of Kentucky has failed my children. His family has blackballed the cps,childrens lawyer and court and has told them I abandoned the children. The family has my children as I write you in a desperate plea for help. Kentucky did not even look to see if this A-hole had any other cases against him. Jurisdiction is why he had them. Not because of thier safety and well being! If it wasn't for my lawyer being in court that day and hearing his name I still would be under the impression they were ok. PLEASE Dr.Phil Please help my children and I. I strongly believe what you said because they have like a disease and they will do again and more innocent children will victimize.

No!....I live here in Las vegas and i can sincerly tell you this rocked the community, and the nation. This little girl has some things she really doesnt need or want as memories, How will she ever be NORMAL ?We as a community here in Las Vegas wanted this man caught FOR HER SAKE, and get him off the streets!!! Why did he fall threw the cracks, how can he be a repete offender? Why do molesters get a second chance to molest? ITS NOT RIGHT!!! I do believe that we hoped he'd not go without a fight and be wounded or worse being caught. He was stopped in a traffic stop and "just gave up". Remorse? I don't think so because years after he did those hidious things to the child in the video, he abused another child and there was another girl in the tape he was stalking looking at her threw a window taping her. Chester Stiles is the type of abuser we all need help in identifying....for the children of this world lets stop this from taking one more child's memories and killing them in a way we cant imagin. We need help and DR PHIL....HELP HER (the 3 year old) you can do it !!!  If anyone can it's you.

Please everyone reading these topics go to the Las Vegas Revew Journal, and the news sites in Las Vegas Fox5 and NBc affiliate Kvbc3....i believe the accurate account has been timelined. This mother worked 3 jobs at the time of this abuse, she was introduced to Stiles from a friend who also has exspressed deep regret to introducing Stiles to this child's mother. What woman wouldn't want this man dead especially the mother of the taped victim? only problem is she has to endure this in a trial, and her daughter will remeber his attack some day, these posts PROVE this as fact.

Relize this everyone, theres a break down in the communities as a whole, something is missing and replaced by the evil that plagues us. The church, goverment officials, and law enforcement we should be relying on in some cases are our attackers!....we as people need to be less trusting and fight for safety and be more critical of who we let into our lives, home and families 

Thank the good Lord that my family has never had to deal with this. However, being a former M.P., I saw first hand what this evil atrocity can do to a human life. It ruins children. It will ruin them for life. So I say ruin the scums life who does this to these poor souls. Execute them. Plain and simple. I'm all for the way America works and am SO PROUD to have served it and still being an army wife stand by my husband as he continues to serve the Unites States. However, I feel we are doing so many things wrong. I.E. allowing this scum to walk free after a VERY short stint in a posh "prison" These people need to be executed. and not in a humaine way. Set them loose in the prison yards, have the guards turn their backs and allow the sodomites take their time with these people. If a woman is the culprit, I know there are PENTY of other women who will be more than happy to have some fun with them.  Doesn't matter the gender, just lets do that, then have a public beheading.  Simple solution to trying to locate the predators who are REGISTERED in our neighborhoods...the ones who have yet to be caught and registered may see what is happening and think twice.

While it may seem like a great Idea the sickness and disease is not in their genitalia, it is in their mind, which is why I suggested they become guinea pigs for drug testing and finding cure for terminal illness with no cure.  Castrate would remove the genitalia, they still have a mouth and fingers not to sound gross but it is in their brain.  They should be locked up first time for good, no second chances or so called rehab.

This upsets me to no end.  Anyone that would do what he did to that little girl ought to be castrated!!! and left to d..  There are so many sick men and women out there and it's not just one place it's everywhere.
