(Original Air Date: 10/24/07Are you falling in love with all the wrong people? Dr. Phil's guests are entangled in affairs so taboo, one man could land himself in jail! Emily and Brandon have been married for two-and-a-half years, and Emily was shocked to learn that her husband had sex with a 15-year-old — twice. Brandon, 25, is now facing two felony charges for having intercourse with a minor, and blames his actions on a porn addiction. Does he really have a disorder, or is he just building a defense for his potential arrest? Then, Debbie, 51, says she has no shame about posing as a younger woman online and meeting attractive men. Her adult children, Michelle and Nathan, say her behavior is not only humiliating, but it's also very dangerous. Why did Debbie fake her own death? Is it possible for her to stop this behavior, or should her children just mind their own business? Tell us what you think.

To begin with Brandon was not a Marine, there is noone in the Marine Corps that wears the uniform or cover (hat) he had on in the picture. Not only is he a liar, he's a child molester and deserves to be in jail

Rehab for Addiction to Sex

I know of two very reputable rehab centres in or close to Toronto (Canada). If we have them here then they surely have them where he lives ... or at least very close. I don't think he looked very hard.

i what you to see when he changes your baby's diaper, how does he act when he does? whats he thinking? you better be careful that you don't get him to take care of her. even if you go to the store, he just might get in a mood! a predater doesn't look at age or sex or even if his RELATED. so i suggest you better take a better look when he helps with the baby.

The baby should be FIRST priority for her SAFETY, not that you love him and want it to work.

determination of a minor

Perhaps if teenagers weren't acting like adults and growing up tooo fast, some of these issues might be avoided...Is it not wrong for two minors to have sex? And who is at fault there...Their irresponsiblity or the fact that kids ARE maturing and experimenting at an earlier and earlier age...And with all the ads on tv for protection and erection....who wouldn't be curious. If they have consentual knowingly with a person of their age...why are they the victim if something more happens...Responsiblity is on both consensual parties...regardless of the antiquated laws as to who is old enough....Perhaps we are pushing tooo much down our childrens throat they have no clue whats going on except the stress to acheive and succeed

As for the instances with the teachers, I do believe they should've lost their teaching licenses because I do think its really unethical for teachers to have sex with students.... and if memory serves me right, the teen boys in those 2 teacher cases were like 13, well I know in the Mary Kay case he was 13 when they started, and in that sense it was wrong because 13 is too young to have sex in my opinion. However, With that said, that boy seemed to know exactly what he was doing, so I'm honestly kinda on the fence there. And I'm sorry, but in my honest opinion, these teens were NOT molested. Just horny, hormone driven teens that should know better as well. But I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

So a child should know better, but the adult shouldn't? Typical thinking of minority women. Always holding children responsible, but never the man. Sounds to me as though you are the type of woman that would not protect a child if he or she told you they had been involved with an adult.

I hope you understood Dr. Phils explanation as to WHY you CANNOT have "consentual" sex with a minor. It doesn't matter if the child walks around stark naked, you are the adult and should behave accordingly.

As an educated woman, I understand that children's brains have not fully developed and they are unable to make sound decisions and understand consequences as an adult should. Do some of us not cringe when we think back to the dumb decisions we made at 13, 17, 21, hell even 25!

I love how some women feel that underage girls should "know better" meanwhile these "adult" women and/or their adult friends are having unhealthy relationships with men and they themselves fall prey to seduction, lies etc. These women should know better at this stage in life, yet they do not. But a 15 year old should know better?

Let's use logic and not our pathetic family history from two or three generations ago!

NOT a Marine

That sleeze on todays show is NOT a United States Marine! He was apparently Army according to the photo showed of him. Not only is he a pedophile and a cheater, but a liar as well. I'm surprised the Dr. Phil show did not catch that one.
