I waited the whole show today for you to let Enrique have it but you failed me!  You sat back so passively which is not like you when it comes to children's' emotional well being.  I agree that Enrique should not have to pay child support after the results of the DNA test, but abandoning that child was inexcusable!  I can't believe you didn't rip him a new one!

This show really hits home for my family it is our life, my husband is a victim of paternity fraud and has been for the past 15 years. We have been through the court system without any kind of justice. Yes i do feel sorry for the children that have been lied to ,but it is the mothers fault this deception even occurred .

These women have committed fraud and perjury but instead of punishment they are rewarded with cash .

Maria you are a pathetic excuse for a women how can you say you love your daughter when you lied to her for 10 years? You sat on that stage and basically laughed at your actions ,but call yourself a mother I call you a criminal.  Like Enrique my husband is forced to surrender 50% of pay to a women who claimed he was the father of her child . Our biological children are taken from to support another man's responsibility how is this fair to them? Yes I do feel sorry for that young lady but I also feel sorry for all the children that do not benefit financially from their biological parents because of this fraud. Women who commit fraud should be punished and made to repay the support they have received.  Lawmakers need to be forced to change ancient laws which do not fit our time.  Child support is not a punishment,but in this case it is.Every father and mother should support their biological children but like Carnell says "If the genes don't fit you must acquit". Mia I give you alot of credit stand by your man and fight the fight we will prevail one day.

This becoming more common, and I think the anicent way of thinking and the justice system needs to change. 

I was once asked, by my mother, if you liked her good enough to lie down with her, why isn't she good enough to marry?  That way of thinking has got me a divorce and paying child support for a child that everybody knows is not mine, including the biological father.  I simply call my child support, bail money! it definitely keeps me out of jail.  Do I pay the support?  yes... Do I love the child?  Having to love everyone to go to Heaven, yes...  Do I wish the mother could feel my, government restraints?  Hell yes...  It's said to be in the best interest of the child, that's bullshit! 

I remember the days when a woman told a potential husband if she even had sex before him and she sure told him if she was pregnant. What happened to good old fashioned honesty. We've all made mistakes but deliberately not telling just so you can get a home for the child is not building a marriage on the right reasons. He may have even wanted to adopt the child when he thought he was in love with her and then there would be no question of his responsibilities.

First off I would like to applaud Mr.Smith.

As a father of of 3 Beautiful Daughters I would be Totally devastated,to find out down the road,

that I am in fact not the father of Anyone of them.

I agree Enrique should not pay Future child support.

I should also point out that I DO NOT agree with the way he broke off THIER relationship( SELENA)

I should also point out that if it was me, I would try to do what I could for SELENA.

As for the Birthmother I think she should face legal charges.

As for the step-dad Chris, some advice, Once a CHEATER always a CHEATER. RUN.

Good luck to you ! I am saddened to see more people going through the same thing. It is so wrong ! Stay strong, and hang in there ! Doing the right thing is never an easy road to go down, but, in the end, you will see it was worth it to stand up and demand people do the right thing.
