What she did is not less criminal. That is what you should be focused on!

The child might very well have been created under his roof, but he did not create her. I wonder why you are so interested in defending this obviously amoral woman?

A woman strikes again, go figure.  As a woman who came from a broken home with a dad who never paid child support, I can see why he didn't.  If I had been him, I wouldn't have either.  Men are so wronged when it comes to child support, especially those who are not the father.  I can see where Engrique might thave done what he did, not that I agree with it.  But I challenge ANYONE to come forward that hasn't said something they regret out of anger that they wish they could take back.   He knows what he did was wrong and ANYONE can see that, but he shouldn't have to pay for his EX-WIFES infadelity.  She is nothing but a money hungry whore who saw the opportunity and took it.  How dare her to expect this man, after finding out, that the child he had known for 10 years to be his, isn't.  Now, what he did with that information was wrong, I am not disputing that, but at the same token, he shouldn't have to dish out an extreme amount of money every single month to his EX-WIFE for another man's child.  Find the real daddy for that.  What he should have done was sat down with Salena and the mother and explained to her, because she does have the right to know that he is not her real dad, and then told her that he still loved her and wanted to be a part of her life but then given her money for things she may need or want if need be, not pay the ex a dime.   Woman are such money hungry you know what's and they get on my ever lovin' nerve.  Yes, I agree that their are decent woman who deserve to have child support from their significant others, but now aday's, those decent woman are hard to come by, most of the time, they are just money hungry, try and take them for all she can, woman out their and that just MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH, using those children as pawns.  Men shouldn't be treated in this manner, they too have rights like everyone else.  I am just sure you would be all to happy to dish out an ungodly amount of money every month to someone you found out cheated on you.  You can say you would do it without hesitation, but I bet you wouldn't if it actually came down to it.  Like I said, he shouldn't have turned Salena away like that, it was not her fault, and yes, the child does come first, but come on now, you're not teaching that child anything except that is ok to sleep around on your husband and then use him to bleed him of all his money.  She deserved to know that she had a different father, the manner in which it was done, was not right, but she still deserve to know.  I promise you, when she gets old enough to really understand what has happend, she is going to be so pissed at her mom.  She might then understand at some point, why Enrique did what he did, not that she will forgive him for the manner in which it was done, but she will see his point of view at some level.  Anyone who makes money and works very hard for it just to have it be stolen from you in that manner would see that.  It is the same as if someone broke into your home every month and robbed you of everything you worked for that month for something that you didn't do.

I think if this woman lied about knowing he was not the father...she gives mothers a bad name! She not only lied to the man she was married to,she also lied to the biological father. Is this really fair? I don't think its fair that the ex-husband has to continue paying child support BUT it upsets me that he doesn' t want to continue seeing his DAUGHTER. It might not be his biological daughter but he raised this girl...what is he thinking?

You could tell that the ex-husbands new wife wore the pants in his new relationship...so is that why he won't see his daughter? If so, that woman should be ashamed of herself!! Being a good role model should be the most important thing...I would think, obviously not!

I just hope that this family doesn't keep on fighting esp in front of the children. I hope the father will finally get his head out of his butt and get his priorities straight and start taking his other daughter also. I wish them luck!!

How can you say.... " Havin to love everyone to go to Heaven, yes"????? It's like you don't love the child but if you pretend to, then you will make it to Heaven...... do you really think that you are fooling God???

Im not saying this is about your situation but, if men weren't all about sex and getting with women, then there would be a LOT less paternity problems out there!!! So I say..... "BLAME THE MEN"!!!!
