Are you kidding me? FAMILY! SHE WAS CHEATING WITH HOW MANY MEN? YEA, FAMILY, RIGHT. SHE DESTROYED THAT ON HER OWN..She was having unprotected sex with how many men? Come on, would you want to be in that postion? What if Enrique were exposed to AIDS and found out later?

Insensitive second wife? Are you kidding me? The first is the insenitive one! YOU PEOPLE ARE CRAZY STANDING UP FOR A LIAR!

I have posted in this forum approximately 5 times, exposing my case. This is not about Enrique or me. This is about a system that is failing for the good old mighty dollar on multiple levels. There are true deadbeat fathers, but this shoe fits both feet. This is a crime that is supported by a system of corruption; these mothers are not penalized for their actions if anything they are rewarded.

 

If people knew they could rob a bank and hold no accountability if caught don’t it only make common sense people would rob them, this is no different generally these mothers are motivated by self financial gains, if they claim no look where the argument comes in (CHILD SUPPORT).

 

One poster stated, Dr Phil has opened Pandora’s box, this is more correct then he realizes, Dr Phil has just scratched the surface of true governmental corruption. NO BODY has ever addressed why this is supported by laws, the states country wide hide behind BEST INTEREST of the child, this is nothing more then a façade to cover up the true motivation. MONEY, not the child support but the collection of child support. If people really desire to know the truth simply visit the social security administration web site and google welfare reform, this federal funding, block grant is paid to states for the reimbursement for the collection of child support.

 

I lobby my personal case because it exposes so much, it proves best interest of the child does not exist; it proves it is not about the relationship of father child. They made me pay the biological father child support directly; they gave this man custody of this child when he held no parental rights to care for the child. Just 3 years prior to the mother abandoning this child he was convicted of felony with a firearms and assault with a dangerous weapon for holding the mother and children hostage and threatening to kill them all. This man was legally nothing more then a live-in boy friend when the mother left these children in the home with him that did not matter to the courts as long as the payments kept rolling in.

 

My case right now is sitting in the office of the Department of Justice criminal division as I received notification from them last week it is being worked on. In many of these cases, severe civil rights violations occur and it is almost impossible to hold these judges and courts to accountable. This must end and this must be exposed, I only hope Dr Phil will finish what he has started.

 

 

 

 

Sorry this is late, just catching up on shows.  One thing is for sure, Selina is paying the price.  I don't have a degree but if Maria is so concerned about Selina's welfare, why when she was found out did she not say to Enrique "Look I have deceived you for all this time, let's keep things the way they are for her sake, consult professionals on how to handle this first before and if we tell her, and I will get a second job so you don't have to pay support anymore.  I am the one who should literally "pay the price" not Selina".  Gee,

to me, that sounds like the right thing to do!

That's what I said.....maybe you misunderstood me...MARIA is the only one who broke Enrique's heart.

I've pretty much agreed with your posts so far that I've read........maybe you misread my post.

Did you misread my posts? I am on Enrique, Mia and Carnell's side in all this!

 That woman showed NO REAL remorse, her smug face, laughing, all she wants is the money.
I'm willing to bet that if the biological father made more money then Enrique that she would have admitted to the affair right away, put his name of the birth certifcate, and sued him for child support.  To me this is a case of whoever makes the most money (therefore pays the most child support) get to be the daddy.
I feel for the child, she was hurt the most, no doubt.  But the poor guy finding out that this child is not his after all that time is also truly a victim of this horrible human being Maria.  It seems that he now has a wonderful new wife, so good for him.  I don't know how Maria found a new husband, guess if they have a child together he better order a paternity test on the day of the birth!

Maybe they didn't have DNA tests, maybe the courts refused for him to get one, maybe a lot of things......regardless that he didn't get a DNA test at the time......so what?

You do know it's the law that a man only has 2 years to contest paternity but a women has as many years as she wants to come back and go after a man for child support. Where's the fairness in that?

Carnell should have been able to take her word for it, that it was his child. So what if they weren't together at the time....he knew he had been with her. I'm sure at the time he wasn't thinking about it not being his child.

Funny how people think Maria crap is in the past and should be let go, but they are quick to bring up Carnell's ("oh he is stupid, he should have requested a DNA test") and Enrique's (oh, he is horrible, he abandonded his child).............isn't those things now in the past? Point being, mother's shouldn't lie about the paternity!

WOW, I've been trying to keep up with all of the post and it's been tough.

 

I have to question if this is the most feed back the show has ever received ??

 

I feel that some have missed the point of this show. And that's that a Father should have the right to decide if he wants to play the Daddy role, if he is not the biological Father.

 

Yes, adoption is a wonderful gift and it' takes two willing partners to want this. And a very giving Mother to bless them with this gift.

Yes, a Man who take on the total responsibility's of raising and caring for a other Man's child, is a Real Man, heart and soul.

 

However, these situations are done with honesty and integrity on all sides.

 

But in the 30% cases were a Man has no idea that he is NOT the father, is WRONG.  There is just no way around this, it's sick and wrong.

 

And the anger towards Maria, is "hot" on the board. I myself have thrown the rocks at her.

 

But, I really think Dr Phil missed the boat on this one. And that's the Point of what makes these kinds of Women "tick"??

And Maria is not alone in this situation. Just from the horror story's that are on the board here, about Women just like Maria..

 

These Women are of a special breed. They cheat, lie, deceive and take no responsibility for their own actions. They are a master at placing the blame on anyone they can. Then continue for years with this and have no remorse. It's all about them. This breed does not put their children above them, no, they use and abuse their children for their own "need". This is a sickness and it's apparent it is an epidemic.

 

And what is so sad, is these Women are "teaching" and "passing this" sickness on to their children. It's like any other  abusive situation, it's rolls like a ball.. And it just keeps getting bigger and rounder. And it's pass along. It's a given here.

 

This show was a total mess.

 

And I agree and feel that Selina should have been at the top of the show here. She need intense counseling and also group therapy for Selina, Enrique and the other daughter. This does need mended.

 

And we have to remember, Enrique, has regrets on what he did, how he did it, and he wants Selina back in his life.

 

Hurt and Hate, there is such a fine line between the two. And Enrique fell between these lines. With reason. But, he has remorse.

 

Then, Dr Phil should have had one on one with Maria. What makes this kind of Women tick. Why does she feel no remorse or what makes her think this entire situation is Mia's fault.

Just what happened to lead to this total destruction in her mind and soul.

 

One in three Women in a marriage "ticks like this".. Come on, let's get to the root of this and see what make them like this..

 

Also, I feel that many who have posted, have had to deal with these kind of Women, in some form. Myself I have dealt with one hateful Ex Wife for over 20 years. And there is a dought about paternity, however my Husband made the choice not to challenge this. And I stand beside his Choice. However, the hate and ugliness and DAMAGE this Women has caused these children, will forever follow them in life.

 

And I feel that Dr Phil has missed the boat on many shows with the divorced parents. Until you have "lived the day to day" pure hell, you just can't get it..

It's easy to say.. put the kids first, use a middle person to drop and pick up the kids. But to get the full story of what goes on behind close doors with a Hateful, no remorse's, and blames everyone else kind of person. It's not cut and dry...

And this should be another show. It's not the same, but, you are still dealing with this "breed" that is an epidemic and causing damage..

 

And while I'm on a roll here. There should be a show just for Step-Parents and the New Spouse. Oh, your marriage ended and it's all the New One's fault.. Please...
