I really cant believe what I've just seen and heard. Selina was hurt granted but, where on earth is Maria's repsonsibilty in all of this? Enrique and Selina were both victims of her crime and nobody seems to be angry with her. She should be locked up in jail for child endangerment and forced to payback any child support she recieved.

so once again the child suffers....this man that loved her for 10 years walks away cause she is not his blood...come on now...and as for her mom she is the one to blame if she did not sleep with someone else then this would have never happened....but her and her daughter want to blame him..maybe that was all he could do was walk away...what would u do if after years of raising Ur child the doctor says sorry but we mixed Ur child up in the hospital the day they born...??

so now all the happy couples out there that r haven babies r the sup to get a DNA test???

also it seems that this daughter has listen to her mom words cause that was not words of a 13 year old that was talking...

this girls blood dad needs to be found for soooooooooooo many diff reasons....

 it's the woman's responsibility to know who the father of her child is !!

You did have one intelligent persons view on this show. Aside from you," thought I would add that" in my opinion the black gentleman was the only one that made a halfway sense.

My opinion is that the mother of the young daughter is at fault in every sense of the word. Not only did she lie to her husband, she lied to the daughter. Can you imagine the reprocussions of such a lie? Does she honestly believe that her daughter would never find out? I think she is just a money grubbing woman, with no concern for her daughter or anyone else. 

C'mon Dr Phil.......you have a great show and I have the highest respect for you, Now tell me, what is up with having Gloria Allred on your show.........your stooping quite low with that appearance......

This is not even a question of who is right and who is wrong...

If a man is not a child's father, he should NOT be responsible for any type of Fnancial support.  If he wishes to support that child finanacially, that should be his choice and definately not court ordered.  However, he SHOULD be Emotionally Supportive of the child if he has established a relationship with that child.  The mother should thank her lucky stars that she is not responsible to repay the money she coerced him into paying when she was aware that he MAY not be the child's father!!!

The famale attorney who is making the case that fathers should pay  for a child, regardless of paternity, is making a fool of herself!  Not only isn't she addressing the issue (and Dr Phil should be calling her on that) she is acting like because the husband made a stupid emotional decision he should be forced into finanacial support. HUH?

Yes, the husband was wrong.  He was an absolute idiot to do that to that poor girl. But does anyone realize that his anger was percipitated by the fact that he was forced into a financial responsibility that should not be his???  This is absolutely amazing!!!  As a woman, I'm disturbed that the courts even consider making a man pay, when HE has been victimized by his wife.
