Topic : 12/25 Parent Trap

there seems to be a conflict between moral law and legal law some seem to think that the author on the book (didnt catch the whole show) talks of not blaming the mother for the whole fiasco which is certainly true because there shouldnt be blame for a problem that exists but there should be finding a solution to the problem that is so and talks of the way that the non father handled the situation as being wrong to which both poiints are opinionated and are questions of morality within the mother herself being married if that were the case the woman is responsible for her deceptiveness and should accept that as so and for the author to try to maneuver around that is a (courthouse move) by turning the attention away from the origination of the problem the non father's move to reveal the situationto the child how he did was definintly was a classless move but to hold him accountable as a primary child support system for a child that was conceived during the marriage is ridiculous being that EVERYONE assumes that their mate is honest to them espacially when it comes to conceiving a child ( im guessing trust honesty faith are not qualities one should have in a mate) which is the purpose we are put on this earth (u know the bible)you wouldnt under normal circumstances assume your mate would cheat but of course it goes on often these days the father was definitely wrong but he shouldnt be held accountable financially for a child that isnt his which would seem morally wrong the courts probably states different  due to statute of limitations and what not but his relationship should be voluntary though he has developed this personal bond with this child so young the situation is really disturbing but everyone cant be wrong or right without looking at the whole situation and not choosing sides until alll information is presented(for the record i agree with the guy onstage and apologies for the lack of capitalization and punctuation) good day

I wanted to add another comment. The 2nd attorney and the  gentlemen who had experienced the same thing were excellent guests on the show.  Some good info from both of them. Gloria 's unsubstantiated comments about dads that don't pay child support  were shown to be untrue.  She was definitely not a good choice for the show! I wanted to smack her and I am not a mean person at all.

I want the DNA "father" to be advised that he has a daughter. He may turn out to be a good man and he deserves to know his daughter.  She deserves to know him too. Shame on that mother.   It Makes me ashamed to be a woman when there are women like her.  WE all do things that we may not be proud of but we have to be woman enough to accept the consequences .   She  had a holier than thou attitude and is lucky that there is another man out there who would marry her and trust her. Count your blessings lady and please love those girls!
