Topic : 06/12 Teacher Sex Scandal, Part 1

Clearly this teacher is innocent.  Completely and totally.  The community of Glen Rose is the guilty party here.  Those boys will never step up and tell the truth.  If they do, they have perjured themselves and that carries a punishment of it's own.  They have to keep lying to stay out of trouble.

Glen Rose, how can you continue to perpetuate this injustice.  It's unforgivable.

It's just too bad that she wasn't careful enough around those young people.  And she had just had a baby.  She was just too trusting to take a child home for medicine.  she should have had her husband do it.  But they were out to make something up even in the classroom.  And now there is no way to get her job or good name back.  That is really sad.  Even though she was acquitted of doing anything.   Now her life is permanently messed up.

What people fail to understand is that the GRAND JURY CAN INDITE A HAM SANDWICH! Being indited does not make someone guilty. They failed the lie detector tests! Perhaps there are some small town politics contributing to this mess.

 The problem w/ society is that everyone is so quick to jump to conclusions unless it happens to them (injustice) or someone in their family or circle of friends.

I think she is innocent and these boys fantasized themselves right into a position that they could not find their way out of. Unfortunately they are too young to fully comprehend what damage they have done to this woman. She obviously should have kept a more solid distance between her and the students, but being too trusting and friendly doesn't make her a criminal.

What comes around goes around....these boys will pay somewhere down the line for the grief they have caused her and her family.

I say to her....keep the faith as I believe the truth always wins out in the end.

   why would a teacher be writing another student notes, in code no less, unless it had something to do with school work.i raised four children, none of thier teachers ever wrote them a note unless it was coming home to us, the parents! no teacher of my children ever called my house for one of my children to come to thier home for any reason.anything that ever took place after school was done by permission slips or something to do with sports.if a teacher is sending notes to your child or asking for them to come to thier home a red flag should go up immediately,without a doubt!!!!!  i think that any other teacher would tell you that the things she did was totally unprofessional and totally unappropriate.i don't think matt is lying,he has nothing to gain by this.i think she's guilty of the charges.
