Topic : 11/28 Divorce Decision

First of all, this man is not/was not a Marine. In all of his photos he is shown wearing Army attire. At no point will Marines ever wear army attire. With that being said, I am not really sure why him being in the military is such a big deal. If he was a cashier at the local gas station, the title of the show would not be "Local Cashier having sex with Minors". By announcing that he is a "Marine" you are giving all Marines a bad name. As a Marine wife, I find this very offensive. Not all Marines/military members are child molesters, and Iraq DOES NOT cause our men to become crazy loonatics, they were crazy before they went. I find it very ridiculous that my husband is being put in the same category as this man, because this man should not even be able to hold the title of a Former Marine.

I think this girl should have gotten a divorce a long time ago. It's rediculous that she's stayed in any content with this man. She's at fault as well and I'd imagine isn't as sweet as innocent as she appears. Not to say he isn't crazy and should go to jail, but just going on the Dr.Phil is giving him the attention that this man preys on.(nothing against you Dr. Phil) :)

OK, this girl is really making me mad. She can't get a divorce because she can't afford it? If this guy is as bad as she says, then it won't take a rocket scientist!  PLEASE!

Something is just not right here......I don't believe all of what she is stating...not that i believe him totally..I think that she (Emily) is lying about a few things..and how old is she anyways? Was Emily a teenager when she meet him? she is alot younger looking then him... Its not always the man's fault!!

I question Emily's honesty in all of this.  Marital violence doesn't just happen overnight.  There had to have been signs from before that would have led up to the violence that she suggests happened.  Brandon admits to being a pedophile - but that doesn't put him also in the abusive husband category.  Emily admits that she wants him out of her life and move on.  What an opportune way of initiating that!  She has been ultimately humiliated by his behaviour and has reason enough to not want their daughter left alone with him.  However, creating an additional image of him as an abuser would definitely give her the advantage in cutting all ties with him and destroying any possible relationship he could ever hope to develop with his own child.  As much as he is the scum of the earth for his betrayal of her and his behaviour with pornography and underage girls - it doesn't mean he is an abuser of women.  I would like to see them both take a polygraph test and prove me wrong.

No, seriously. I want to know. I'm telling you right now, humans are animals. We have the basic animal instincts, and you see it all the time, especially when it comes to sex. There's a difference between being raped, and having sex with someone under the age of 18. If you look at the number of kids having sex, a lot of them are starting to have sex at the age of 12 and 13. There have been records of 11 year olds getting pregnant. Now lets say, they got pregnant by a 14 year old - is it wrong? And if it is, what's wrong - the sex, or the age? Dogs can start mating at the earliest of 7-8 months, and supposedly that's even less than the equivalent of a 7 year old person. I'm almost positive that the 15 year old he had sex with, was consensual. And I bet she found out about his wife, got mad, and told the cops because of anger. And a 17 year old, ok...come on, the mindset of a 17 year old and an 18 year old about sex - is the same. EIther you choose to be abstinent, or not. I'm telling you right now I started getting aroused when I was in 3rd grade, so are you telling me that's wrong? I knew at that same age what sex was. And kids, being as pure as they are, go off their animal instincts, it's society and parents that teach them to act in a revised way. And women, all women, are psycho and emotional, I know because I'm one of them. If their loved one does something they don't like - most women will have repuccusions, and that's all it was. That psycho wife called the 17 year olds parents because she's jealous. She probably doesn't want to admit it, but she is. Every woman, when they get older, has a subconscious insecurity about age, and I'm telling you the only reason she called the parents was because she could. I bet you if he decided to have a 20 year old girlfriend, she'd probably cuss the girl out because she can't call the parents. And I'm telling you right now, sex...is not wrong. Same thing with homosexuals...it's not wrong. Just because a book tells you that it's wrong - doesn't mean it is. I believe in God as much as the next person, and I'd like to believe that God isn't as big of a biggot as most society is today. Because I seriously doubt God is gonna say "oh, look at those 2 gay people, let me send them to hell for doing the one thing I ask of people and that's to show love and compassion." And if sex is wrong why did God allow Adam and Eve to have their 2 sons? In the BIble it never says anything about Adam and Eve being married, and without Adam and Eve there would have been no Noah. The population of the world was MADE by 2 people having sex and never having been married. So how is sex before marriage wrong? How old do you think God made Eve and Adam before they conceived? Why was it ok hundreds of years ago for 25 year old captains to marry their king's 15 year old daughter?...they had to have children somehow.

I hope this guy realises  how  his actions are  affecting not only his children and family, but the underage girls that he is taking advantage of.  These girls are suffering too. Whether they came on to him or not  it doesnt change the fact that these girls are gonna end up with some emotional problems.

I am curious about whether or not this man is really a Marine.  The picture you show of him on the show is flashed so quickly.  It looks as though he is wearing a Beret.  I can't be sure though.  If he is wearing a Beret, then he is not a US Marine.  The Army and the Air Force wear Beret's.  It would be nice to know for sure.

 

Who knows how creditable he is after what he has done with Minor's!
