Topic : *International: Netherlands - Looking for a dutch buddy

Since I'm starting to work with dr. Phils book today, I'm looking for a buddy (ies) from the Netherlands so that we could support each other in our quest for a healthier and thinner life.

For me it is very difficult to stop eating to comfort myself, but today is the day that I'm going to change my life. I am almost 40 and married, have 2 small children and am self-employed.  It's very hard to make time to spend on myself but I know how important this is to change my habits, so no more excuses.
