want to join in supporting each other at home while those lucky ones get to go to LA and work with all the great people on the Dr. Phil Staff.     I'm sure we can follow along, work our keys and lose with them.

 

I know during the orginal challenge I got motivated and lost just over 100 pounds and have maintained that loss since.  So now it's get real time again and I want to lose an additional 50 pounds so I can have excess skin removed.    Hope to see others joining so we can support each other.

i am currently in the southern part of ohio looking for a close buddy to help with keeping me motivated and needing some help with me staying focased so please help..........

Southern Ohio Workout Buddy Needed

I live in southern ohio (Portsmouth area) and am looking for a buddy help keep me motivated and on the right track with weight loss and exercise.

Wanting to loose 60...need a kick in butt

Just found out about the "weight lose challenge" of Dr. Phil's about a month ago.  Decided I needed to stop looking for short cuts and get down to the real work of food control and commitment to myself.  I don't have a trainer, but I do have Dr. Phil talking to me (have his cd's on The Ultimate Weight Solution) every morning...during noon break and then on the drive home from work!  I plan to replay, replay, replay until the 7 keys are burned into my subconcious forever!  

I'm in the Dayton area but would still love to connect with others trying to meet their goal.
