Topic : *Canada: Looking for weight loss buddy in Alberta, Canada if possible

I have been over weight most of my life but the numbers were back then in the mid 100's ..... I am now 100 lbs over weight (as of today 241) and it has stopped me from living a full life - I don't want to take my 3 kids swimming or go for a bike ride with my hubby and kids.... I don't want to feel embarrassed anymore.  It has been a crutch and a burden!! I'm tired of being tired, finding it hard to breath, I am now diabetic for it (and I don't take the pills I'm suppose to)... I need to learn to love and take care of myself ..... On my b-day of 2009 - I want to weigh less and be healthier then I am now on my b-day in October (08) ...
