I sure could use a diet buddy.  My name is Karen and I find it very hard to stay motivated.  I go to Curves 3-4 days a week and walk whenever its not too hot.  But my main problem is junk food.  I can't seem to stay away from it.  I would love to have a new friend to talk to.

Hello !  I'm just south of Blue Springs in Pleasant Hill, and I have 3 children too !  Mine are 5, 5, and 8.......but the twins will be 6 in 3 weeks !  I need a buddy if you're still interested !  I had lost about 40 lbs a couple years back, but I've slowly put almost half of it back on.   It needs to go away for good and take some more with it !

Needing help losing weight

I live in Desloge Missouri and i stay at home with my two kids.  My daughter is 12 and my son is 2.  I have diabetes and a liver disease.  I am currently on the insulin pump and have a hard time trying to stay away from junk food.  I know i shouldnt eat it but i always do.  I want to lose about 45 pounds.  If there is anyone out there that wants a buddy around here please let me know.  You can leave a message here or email me at jvwrew@yahoo.com.

Hi my name is Phyllis , I am from Kansas City,KS I am very unactive when it comes to excersing and dieting.  I need a buddy to encourage me or just walk with me twice a week. Outside in good weather and inside building when weather is bad.  If anybody knows someone who is close to me let me know!

Springfield MO

I live near Springfield MO and am struggling to lose 35lbs after having my second child last June.  I think it would help tremendously to have someone else to talk and keep me motivated.   I walk occasionally, and that's about it.  I just eat too much, plain and simple.  But I find myself severely depressed and in a rut.  Anybody want to be my weight-loss buddy?  Please email me at deltadawn_irvine@yahoo.com.

Hi.  My name is Anne and I could really use a diet and exercise buddy.  Actually, I'd like to have a buddy, period!  I moved to Branson about 4 months ago.  I'm not working and I don't know anyone,  I'm extremely overweight (size 18).  It's affecting my health and I want to do something about it but I'm having trouble finding the motivation.  Anyone out there near me????????????????

How close are you to Branson?  My name is Anne and I'm a new resident in Branson,.  I'm looking for a weight-loss buddy too.  I'd like to have someone to talk to and exercise with.

HI MY NAME IS ERMA I CAN RELATE TO ALL OF YOU LADYS I ALSO GO TO CURVES AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK SOMETIME THREE DAYS A WEEK BUT DOING THIS HOLIDAY PERIOD ALL I HAVE DONE IS EAT JUNK FOOD. Liberty area needs a buddy.....

Hi my name is Jonna and I could use a buddy. I know that with a little support I could achieve my goal and help someone else do the same. I am looking to lose about 50 lbs and I know that I can do it. I am a stay at home mom and I find too many excuses to eat the wrong things or just not get out of the house and move. Anyone want a weight loss buddy?
