I totally agree with you.

I don't know how any grandparent, or any individual for that matter, could have this girl living in their home for the past 3 weeks and not grill her for information on where their grandbaby is!

This is their grandchild that is missing and was missing for over a month before the mother reported her, what a terrible, terrible shame.

This poor little girl is most probably dead at the hands of her mother and the grandparents, in my opinion, are just as much to blame for not dealing with their daughter to find out her whereabouts, so that this little girl can have a proper farewell from people that love her.

If, from what I have heard, the grandparents saw Caylee almost everyday, why did they not report something earlier when they did not see her.

I know for a fact, that if my parents did not see any of their grandbabies for over a month, they would definetely be finding out what the problem was.

Lets all band together for little Caylee, find her and bring her home, even if it is for a farewell!

If an african american woman were under the microscope as Casey Anthony is...they would be screaming 'racism'! If you are of any other ethnicity than african american...you don't stand a chance...you will always be accused of being racist! Now, can we get back to the realy issue? A MISSING CHILD!

How do we really know if Casey Anthony is being grilled or not.  We've all heard the police tapes; she lies with abandon.  Her parents could be asking her and pleading with her daily.  Her parents could have sought professional help that informed them to NOT oppose themselves to their daughter at this point in time.  I'm sure it is difficult for them (the grandparents) and possibly having her (Casey) in their home offers them some hope, some open pathway of communication that 'maybe she'll begin to tell'.  Who are we as a people to stand outside their home or on a message board 1,000 miles away and judge or point fingers.  The truth is NONE of us knows what is happening behind closed doors anymore than we know exactly what the police know or don't know -- Assumptions are dangerous most of the time.

I am the stepmother of two of the missing kids featured on the show yesterday.  Brianna and Becca Collins have been missing since May of 2007.  They are both blonde haired, blue eyed beautiful girls who have received no media attention.  This is due to the fact that they were taken by their non-custodial mother instead of a stranger.  By and large, law enforcement and media tends to believe that if a child is with a parent, how bad can it be?  Trust me, it can be very bad.  In our case, the mother, after six years of false allegations of the most horrible kinds of child abuse imaginable, was finally told by the judge that no further allegations would be heard as a defense for continued denial of visitation of the two children she still had custody of.   Custody of the oldest child had already been given to the father.  After two judges in Arkansas and Texas hearing the allegations and child protective services in three states investigating her claims, the conclusion of all involved was that her claims were fabricated.  After being ordered to allow the father visitation with his two daughters or face losing custody of them, she abandoned her home in the middle of the night, abandoned her vehicle, quit her job, pulled the girls out of school and ran off to Colorado.  It took us six weeks to get the judge to sign a temporary order and writ of attachment because in Texas, you can't kidnap your own child (custody was joint).  Even after getting that order signed and contacting the Colorado Springs Police department, nothing was done.  Colorado Springs PD would not honor the order and writ of attachment because it was not issued by a Colorado judge.  That was in June of 2007 when we knew where they were.  Shortly after that, they were gone and we have no idea where they are now.  The last news we had was that  they had been enrolled in the Douglas County School District in Colorado until February of  2008.  The mother pulled the girls out of school and told school officials that they had been living in a shelter (domestic violence) and were being transferred to a shelter in Colorado Springs.  The school district was very unhelpful as I'm sure the mother went to a new state and started making the same old accusations.  This is a very sad situation for the family left behind and the two girls who are forced to live in shelters even though the mother has a house that is paid for setting vacant in Crockett, TX.  My husband has continuous nightmares, my stepson has not heard from his mother since Mother's Day of 2007 and I'm certain is dealing with some emotional issues related to that and who knows what the girls are being subjected to on a daily basis with a mother who has no job and is unable to provide for their basic needs.  The oldest daughter, Brianna, has spina bifida and needs continued medical  care which we are sure she is not getting.  My husband was finally granted sole custody in November of 2007, six months after the girls went missing.  We are still searching and will not give up.

This is what Dr. Phil never said on his show.  How can those grandparents live with themselves while they harbor their daughter in their home?  I think Casey only goes to her lawyer's offices every day to get away from her family and the press.  If she is not saying anything, how can they be "working on case strategies", as her lawyer says, for nine hours a day, every day? 

 

If Casey was missing as well for a month, as her mother said in her 911 call, why hadn't Cindy contacted the police during that time and reported both her daughter and granddaughter missing?

 

I think that Casey was partying, left her daughter in a hot car, and the child died.  In trying to cover up an accident with an abduction tale, she has made it even worse on herself. 

I WAS TALKING TO MY FRIEND LAST NIGHT AS WE WERE WATCHING NANCY GRACE, I HAVE BECOME AN AVID WATCHER SINCE THE DAY THAT CAYLEE HIT THE NEWS. N E WAY, I WAS TELLING HER THAT MAYBE (JUST A THOUGHT) CASEY HAS SPLIT PERSONALITIES AND REALLY BELIEVES THIS ZENAIDA PERSON DOES EXISTS BUT IT IS ACCUALLY ONE OF HER PERSONALITIES. I KNOW THAT PROBABLY DOESN'T MAKE ANY SINCE, I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE SUBJECT, BUT OBVIOUSLY SHE SAYS THAT THIS ZANNY THE NANNY KEPT OTHER PEOPLES CHILDREN AND IF THIS WAS TRUE SOMEONE WOULD HAVE CAME FORWARD BY NOW STATING AT LEAST THAT THEY KNOW HER, BUT NO ONE HAS. SO, AGAIN, JUST A THOUGHT, MAYBE, THE "CASEY" PERSONALITY REALLY THOUGHT SHE WAS AT WORK WHILE THE "ZANNY" PERSONALITY CAME OUT AND BABYSAT CAYLEE.  JUST MAYBE CASEY CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO AND REALLY BELIEVES THAT HER ALTER PERSONALITY IS REALLY A COMPLETE SEPERATE HUMAN BEING WHEN IN FACT IT IS NOT. I JUST CAN'T IMAGINE HOW A MOTHER CAN NOT SHOW ANY TYPE OF EMOTION WHATSOEVER, I MEAN EVEN ANDRIA YATES SHOWED EMOTION AFTER DROWNING HER CHILDREN AND LOOK AT SUSAN SMITH, SHE EVEN SHOWED A LITTLE EMOTION BUT NOT CASEY.  I MEAN, THEY HAVE GOTTEN SERIAL KILLERS AND SOME OF THE MOST NOTORIOUS PEOPLE OUT THERE TO CONFESS BEFORE  THIS AMOUNT OF TIME HAS PASSED. THATS WHY I'M JUST THINKING MAYBE SHE DOES HAVE A SPLIT ALTER EGO AND REALLY DON'T KNOW WHERE CAYLEE IS. I DON'T KNOW, MAYBE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME ON THIS ONE. I JUST HOPE THAT WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THAT BABY OR WHERE EVER SHE MAY BE IF SHE IS STILL ALIVE WHICH I DON'T THINK SHE IS, I REALLY HOPE SHE FEELS OR FELT NO PAIN AND DIDN'T OR DOESN'T HAVE TO SUFFER, YOU KNOW SOME THINGS ARE FAR WORSE THAN DEATH.

I have been following this story from day one, and I just don't see how someone would post a 2nd bail of 500,000.00 without getting any answers.  If it were me I would have had stipulations to the bond being posted, such as having her take a lie detector test by a certain date or the bond would be revoked.  And if Casey had any true concern for her parents in regard to the peotestors she would want to go back to jail in hopes to giving them a little relief.  I believe at the end of the day that Casey did in fact end her daughters life.  It saddens me that this little girl lost her life because she was starting to be a burden.  It also angers me that the person resposible for it is her mother, and she has the ordasity to not give her daughter the proper burial that she deserves.   

 After watching part of yesterday's show, ( i came into it late) but I did see the part about not getting the information out about missing children. I was wondering if all of the networks went together and broadcast one station with nothing but repeated stories about missing children and a hot line number to call ,maybe we could prevent families from having to wait 3yrs or more for information about their loved ones, and whether they were alive and alright. I don't know how I would cope if one of my own grandkids were missing.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS. WE DON'T KNOW HOW THE GRANDPARENTS ARE TREATING CASEY, THEY MAY NOT BE TREATING HER AS NICELY AND WE THINK OR THEY MAY BE TREATING HER WITH KID GLOVES BECAUSE OF WANTING HER TO TELL THEM WHERE CAYLEE IS, WE DON'T KNOW IF CASEY IS A BASKET CASE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS AND JUST NOT IN PUBLIC BECAUSE MAYBE IN SOME SICK WAY SHE THINKS IT'S A SIGN OF WEAKNESS AND AFTER SHE HAS BEEN ATTACTED AND ACCUSED DOESN'T WANT TO SHOW AMERICAS THAT SHE IS WEAK IN ANY WAY. I PERSONALLY THINK SHE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED I JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WON'T TELL. THIS IS A BABY, HER FLESH AND BLOOD AND AS A MOTHER OF FOUR I KNOW THAT IF SOMETHING EVER HAPPENED TO ANY OF MY CHILDREN I WOULD BE A TOTAL BASKET CASE. I DON'T KNOW HOW I WOULD REACT IF IWERE IN GEORGE AND CINDY'S SHOES AND THIS WAS MY DAUGHTER, I REALLY FEEL FOR THEM IN SOME WAYS BUT IN OTHER WAYS I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND CINDY'S CONSTANT EXCUSES FOR CASEY. I MEAN RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG SIMPLE AS THAT. WHO KNOWS BUT CASEY AND UNTIL SHE DECIDES TO TELL .....WE PRAY BECAUSE THATS ALL WE CAN DO.

The Media has aggrevated this whole situation!!  I live close by and I am home during the day and the media has broken into programs to alert everyone on updates which were not significant enough to really warrant breaking into other programs, like Casee was being let out of jail... The media overreacts and therefore, people overreact. 

 

Not to say that this isn't a horrible tragedy...  It is. As are all missing children cases.  I believe other missing cases are just not being broadcasted by the media, for whatever reason...  The media has so much power in it. 

 

I personally believe there was an accident with Caylee (possibly drowning as it was briefly mentioned that the pool gate was open and she did not know how to swim).  I don't believe anyone killed this precious child.  And as for the grandparents, may God bless them and keep them safe!!  My heart goes out to them.  Shame on the public,  Shame, Shame, Shame!!!  And getting other children involved with their overreactions,  that is just awlful!!! 

 

What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty???  Where is the compassion???  People, wake up, put yourself in the other people's shoes???  Can you???  Please; this world needs more compassion!!!
