America was riveted by the bizarre twists and turns of the Casey Anthony case. Now the Florida mom is back in the news again. Casey was initially named a person of interest in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee, but is now considered a suspect. Dr. Phil asks the questions that are on the minds of millions: Why hasn’t Casey been charged yet? Could the young mom somehow be involved in her child's disappearance? To help demystify the case is Lisa Bloom, renowned legal analyst and host of TruTv's In Session. Can Lisa help shed light on why Casey isn't behind bars? And, Dr. Phil examines another high-profile case that has captivated millions: the Las Vegas trial of O.J. Simpson. Fred and Kim Goldman, father and sister of the late Ron Goldman, weigh in on the fate of their nemesis. Now that the prosecution has rested its case against the former football star, the Goldmans express their hopes -- and fears -- for the verdict. Talk about the show here.

Find out what happened on the show.

Digging my own grave?

Quote From: wejohnson45

Let's first start with your statement ' you obviously don't have the capacity to feel enough love for a child to understand what this family has been put through'.. My response to that is first you don't know me, and yes I do have children, however I would know when enough is ENOUGH! evidently the Goldman's and you do not know what it means to FORGIVE! Like I said in my initial note, we should forgive but it is far harder to forget. No one expects them to forget what happened to RON, but they need to move on and get on with life, MONEY will not bring him back, REVENGE will not bring him back, WILL IT?

KARMA works in many ways..... I remember what my mother used to say.. be careful what you say about someone else it may happen to YOU!. Be careful of the grave you dig for someone else you could be digging your OWN!

Wow, you really went off the deep end with that statement! No one has the right to tell the Goldman's how to handle their grief or how to handle their lives. I don't, and you certainly don't! We have lost a child, we KNOW how it feels. And guess what? We have not forgiven the person who caused it. No one has the right to tell us that we have to. That will be in God's hands if we don't come to terms with it before we leave this earth. I suggest that you stay focused on your own family rather than judge others for their inability to forgive someone for the brutal death of their son and brother. If you've never been in those shoes, you can never imagine how it feels. We can!

Quote From: cndrlla

Sorry for yours and your husband's losses.....you never get over such a loss; there's no time limit on grieving, and everyone grieves differently in their own personal way.

Thank you for your kind words. It really bothers me when people judge others although they have never been in that position. I have to admit that we have not been able to forgive the person who caused us the loss of a beautiful young man. No one can say how they will feel, or react if that were to happen to them. I can understand the Goldman's. and thankfully so many others can too. And you're 100% right. Everyone does grieve in their own personal way and there is no time limit on when it will end, if ever.

Nicole's Family................

Quote From: kjjarvis1

I couldn't agree with you more. The Goldman's are only in it for whatever money they can get from OJ. They don't care about the fact that Nicole & OJ's kids have had to grow up without their mother. All the money in the world won't bring Ron Goldman or Nicole Simpson back, so why are the Goldman's hounding OJ? That money & his stuff belongs to his & Nicole's children, not the Goldman's. What are they doing with all of that money anyway? I haven't heard of anything being done to honor Ron or Nicole. Oh, that's right, this isn't about Ron & Nicole losing their lives, this is about Ron's family being greedy money grubbers. They're no better than the Wall Street CEOs who caused this big economic melt down. They're all just in it for the money & nothing else.

I'll bet that Dr. Phil isn't even reading this message board because he knows that he's getting blasted for having the Goldman's on the show so much. They need to be in treatment to get rid of their hatred, not on national TV. I wonder what they'll do & say if sometime in the future, it turns out that OJ didn't kill Ron & Nicole?

I guess that you don't remember that Nicole's sister wrote a biography soon after the death of her sister. Where did that money go? How are the Goldman's supposed to give away money to charity's that they haven't even received yet? And also, how old do you think the "kids" are now anyway? 5? They are grown! And as I've already stated many, many times here, they received their mothers estate, which I'm sure was rather large. It's not like they are starving to death because of the Goldman's. And BTW, if you are sued and lose the case, this is what happens to you. If you want to be able to support your children, even after they are grown, you do not commit crimes in the first place and you are able to keep your own money. That's just the way it is. And one last thing. Do you still really believe that OJ did not commit these crimes? Come on, take your rose colored glasses off and and get real!

I also agree with you!

Finally this piece of stinking, slimy s... is getting what he should have got in his murder trial. And all you "African-American" folks who think he's getting shafted..."WAKE UP N SMELL THE COFFEE!".  He hasn't been a real, supportive, role model of a black man since God knows when.  He has always had white "Trophy" women on his arm, or in his bed...he couldn't care less about his "peeps" or his heritage. You folks need to accept him for exactly what he is...A MURDERING S.O.B. who used his skin color to play on your heart-strings when he needed it the mostMe personally, I'm gonna party on the day the REAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM finally puts him away for the rest of his life. HE CHOSE this lifestyle and slaughtered 2 beautiful, kind, loving and INNOCENT people because he is a narcissistic, sociopathic creepy thing who doesn't deserve the "African-American Peoples", or anyone elses' for-that-matter, support, sympathy or defense. SEE YA JUICE...HOPE PRISON LIFE GETS/GIVES YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND MOST DEFINATELY EVERYTHING YOU DESERVE!!!
I found it a travesty of justice that he was never actually judged by a jury of his peers in the first place. His "peers" would have been white, rich, and celebrities. Not just "normal" folk who happened to live in areas of L.A. where he wouldn't even bother to drive down their street. What a joke! I am just grateful that he finally showed his true colors, with a camera rolling, and is receiving a wee bit of the punishment that he has deserved for too long. With his arrogance that knows no bounds, this was bound to happen eventually.

What did you do with your little girl Casey?

If you did kill your child then you and I have two things in common; dead children but that is where the similarity ends.  My beautiful eldest son of 15 1/4 years died in his sleep on the 7 April of this year.  We had a full autopsy done and he apparently died from a massive bleed at the back of his brain ; the specialists think he may have had a clotting disorder as he was a sensible boy didn't take drugs, drink or smoke.  My husband and I would have died for him so how you Casey can not think of your little girl for a month before the police were called beggars believe; I can't even go into my eldest son's room without becoming grief stricken.  You Casey had a lovely little girl who didn't do any harm to anyone and if you have killed her I hope they put you in prison and throw away the key and that you have plenty of time to think about what you have done.  I hope for your sake that they do find your little girl alive but somehow I doubt that is likely; it all seems a game to you and you strike me as a very very selfish person who only cares about yourself;  remember that selfishness is likely to come back and bite you in the backside soon!!

Well heres hoping that little girl is still alive

10/07 Behind the Headlines: Casey Anthony and O.J. Simpson

Ps As of yesterday Casey Anthony was sent back to jail she has been charged with the murder of Caylee. I also heard a dress similar to one Caylee was known to have was found near the airport where that lady saw someone who looked like Casey and her car. The search team is searching to find Caylee and give her a proper burial and the make sure Casey gets what she deserves.

CASEY ANTHONY INDICTED

Casey Anthony was indicted yesterday for murder. Because of Kaylee's hair in the trunk of her car. And, the smell of a decomposing body.

Casey Anthony

Not to many things get my gander up, but every now than then, an event gets my attention.  I've been following the released news reports ever since this story broke nationally.  I find it very unusually that a loving caring mother would wait 30 days, claiming to do her own investigation of her missing daughter, and not report her missing.  I find it even stranger that Casey's mother would not have called her parents within the first hour the alleged babysitter didn't return Casey.  Even more so, the attitude of the parents to go along with such a cock and bull fabrication.  I take exception to the grandmother, being a registered nurse, stated in national TV, her statement that "there was a smell of a dead body in the trunk of her daughter car."  Now it is the smell of rotten pizza?  I know what a dead body smells like and what rotten pizza smells like, and you can definitely tell the difference.  What does a 21 year old know about conducting a investigation to find her missing daughter?  Why was it necessary to LIE to the law enforcement people, who have the financial and technological resources, in place, to find this missing child?  What person or persons wouldn't be moved to come forward to the police after seeing that angelic face of such a darling little girl?  The grandparents need to pull their heads out of the sand.

Casey's mother's attorney's job is to defend his client in court, but it will be very, very interesting to see how he discredits the forensic evidence and the mother's own statements the prosecuting office will present.   While I hope the little girl is alive, the possibility is extremely remote as each day passes.
